Public Bank - Relevant dates for rights issue HOLD
- PBB has announced the relevant dates for its 1-right-for-10-share issue, at an issue price of RM13.80/right share.
- The ex-date is fixed on 19 June 2014.
- The entitlement date is 23 June 2014.
- The date for commencement of trading of the rights is 24 June 2014.
- The date for despatch of abridged prospectus and subscription forms is 25 June 2014.
- The date for cessation of trading of the rights is 4 July 2014.
- The date for announcement of final subscription result and basis of allotment of excess rights securities is 31 July 2014.
- The listing date of the rights securities is 8 August 2014.
- Maintain HOLD.
