GOLD ; A safe haven?

GLD : A gold-ETF, dived .. close below USD144. it was at a high of USD174 last Sept ... when gold hitting a high.
Gold price droped USD84, more than 5% in a single day last night.
So, it is still worth to check if gold losing its glitter ... or it will shine again. Do check on prices of silver or SLV(the ETF tracking silver's prices)
Note : I will be looking into the gold-mining stock, ZhaoJin again. It is below HKD10 now.
