While the property market still pose no optimistic, perhaps buying into property counter would benefit in the long run as some of it has dropped below the fair value of the company(buy when others are fearful?). Somehow, take a look at these posted few days back L&G & GOB. Both have significantly increased for the pass few days(less than a month). 

 

Even fund manager are started to looking into this sector currently... Top fund buys property stocks at ‘bargain’ prices

 

Look's like is time to do some research in property counters :)

If u wanna lose more money, pls do so! Property slowdown this yr just a beginning! It will continue at least 2yrs, until property price drop!

We have yrt to see price drop! When c9Mpamy vant tahan. They will strt throwing property cheaply! When it happen all reverse cycle strt and property stocks will see profit dropping

If secession of Johore how? They say Johor will appreciate as most investors are from Singapore, so property in Iskandar will start moving too. What about Penang? Most investors from Singapore and Japan and Taiwan and China will also move.
Less buyer from Malaysia because of bank loan but exchange rate and foreign buyer will be excited if Malaysia go back lar to new administration.
Also Malaysian will die if bank collapse and where else safer to keep money than property
