Dawan Rakyat Speaker Azhar Azizan Harun has instructed all lawmakers to sign statutory declarations to indicate their support for a new prime minister and inform Istana Negara by tomorrow before 4 PM to assist the Agong to appoint an MP to be the next PM.

Since back door PM Muhyiddin resigned yesterday, many people in my KYY chat group wanted to know who is the best person to be the next PM. Our country biggest debacle is corruption. How can you find one politician who is not corrupt or less known to be corrupted?

If any political leader who has 111 members of parliament support, would have seen the Agong to be appointed the PM. Obviously, no one has the magic number 111 MPs support.

Pakatan Harapan won the General Election (GE14) on 9 May 2018 with 113 seats. PKR won 46 seats, DAP won 44 seats, Bersatu won 12 seats and Amanah won 11 seats. Most Malaysians were very happy that PH managed to kick out the corrupted BN government which had been in control of the government since Merdeka in 1957.

As soon as PH won GE14, PH selected Dr Mahathir to be their leader and automatically he became the PM with the understanding that Anwar would soon take over as PM. Since Dr Mahathir had put Anwar in jail before for homosexual activities, he did not want Anwar to be PM. Moreover, he wanted his son, Mukhriz to be PM.

On 24 Feb 2019, Dr Mahathir, leader of Bersatu with 12 seats dropped out of Pakatan Harapan. Without Bersatu, PH had only 101 MPs. As a result, PH lost control of the government.

Assuming PH’s 3 component parties, namely PKR, DAP and Amanah are still intact, PH has only 101 MPs and needs 10 more MPs to be able the form the new government.

This is what Tun Musa Hitam said

I just watch the video speech by Tun Musa Hitam. He said many good things about Anwar. He said that Anwar should have been a PM long time ago because he has the necessary working experience and charisma. He can easily get people to co-operate with him.

Anwar launched my 2nd book

In January 2021, Anwar launched my 2nd book namely ‘New Road Map To A Developed Nation’.

Briefly I said in my 2nd book is that at one time, Malaysia was one of the richest nations in the world. We were the largest producer of Tin, Rubber and Palm Oil in the world. Moreover, we have petroleum. Yet we could not become a Developed Nation. Our neighbours, Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea became Developed Nations. They do not even have timber to build their houses.

Excellent objective of Bumiputra Policy

In 1970 when the government introduced the new economic Bumiputra policy, our GDP per capita was about the same as Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea. After 51 years, Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea GDP per capita are 4 times, 3 times and 2 times our GDP per capita respectively. The aim of the Bumiputra policy was excellent but the implementation was extremely bad. The political leaders abused their power. They simply gave out multi billion Ringgit contracts and concessions to their cronies without open competitive tenders to get the lowest prices.

Our biggest culprit is corruption.

Anwar offered Shafie Apdal a deputy PM post.

A source said that “Anwar has offered Shafie a deputy PM post if he could bring eight Warisan MPs and also bring along with him at least two MPs from Pejuang, one from Upko and two more from PBS. He seems to be biting the bait as we know that calls have been made to support him as deputy prime minister,” said the source.

A deputy prime minister post is a big appointment for a party with only eight MPs.

Agong wanted to meet all political leaders today.

I just saw the video showing the first leader to arrive at the Istana was PAS deputy president at 1.45 pm today. All political leaders were going to Istana to meet the Agong with their lists of supporters. Soon we will see who will be appointed by the Agong to be the next PM.

Sabri Ismail as PM and Deputy PM from Bersatu. Others supporters like PAS, MIC, MCA, etc etc would follow suit. From news report.

It would be like a PM and cabinet re-shuffle.

Nothing would change except for the faces and special report to Agong every week.

** Same old story but... This time UMNO would lead the show.

USA debt is USD28.65 trillion only.

Our beloved nation got RM1,000,000,0000,000-00/USD235,000,000,000-00 national debt at worse scenario. So the daily interest (if 2% pa) payable to the lenders is RM54.8 million approximately. It kills the borrower every second of the time. Morever, it is excluding in reducing the principal amount of the debts.

Essentially, unless the production (GDP) will increase quickly else the income from foreign exchange/export will become deficit. Actually, we are all finished already even right now even we want do further search about the facts/data.

How long it will take to pay off those one thousand of billions?

Basically, the financial position is very deep in the pit and the ruin is lasting.

One yardstick for measuring the economy performance of a country is the currency of that country. You can pick Venezuela, Singapore, Thailand and Bahrain to make the comparison/evaluation. However, we should not pick USA as they have this measure called quantitative ease (QE) strategy that can cushion their damages which is also to last probably forever.

no worries

the Govt will apply Greek Law and takeaway 10% of sslee savings and shares as Oxygen Tax.

In fact I will propose to the Govt to takeaway 50% of sslee savings and shares as Oxygen Tax.

I will also propose that Bumiputra savings and shares be exempted from this Greek Law.

I will also propose that pribumi savings and shares be exempted from this Greek Law.

I will also propose that Indian savings and shares be exempted from this Greek Law.

Sexual assault suit: Writ and statement of claim submitted to Anwar's legal firm today
TheEdge Wed, Aug 18, 2021 10:25pm - 2 hours ago View Original

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): A suit filed by a former research assistant to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against the PKR president has been delivered to the legal firm representing him by hand.

The suit was submitted by Muhammed Yusoff Rawther as the plaintiff on July 14 on claims of sexual assault on him at Anwar’s residence three years ago.

Counsel Mahajoth Singh, who is representing Muhammed Yusoff, said the writ and the statement of claim had been submitted today to the lawyer representing Anwar from the legal firm, Ranjit Singh & Yeoh, at its office in Solaris Dutamas here.

"The court also set Sept 9 for further case management," he said when contacted by reporters after case management via e-review before High Court deputy registrar Idamasliza Maarof, today.

In his statement of claim, Muhammed Yusoff, 28, alleged the sexual assault took place on Oct 2 2018 at the residence of Anwar, 73, in Segambut when he was asked by Anwar’s private secretary Shukri Saad to deliver the text of a speech in conjunction with the 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi organised by the Indian High Commission to the defendant.

The plaintiff alleged Anwar sexually assaulted and molested him while he rejected the defendant’s moves and asked him to stop committing the act.

He claimed the defendant then appeared upset and disappointed and before leaving the defendant told the plaintiff, "I want to do this again" in which the plaintiff replied that he would never be alone in a room with the defendant.

After the incident, Muhammed Yusoff claimed there was no communication between them for about a month, even though the plaintiff was still working with the defendant in the office before being shifted to Yayasan Aman.

The plaintiff, who resigned from Yayasan Aman on June 24 2019, said a police report was made against Anwar on Dec 7 2019 and the plaintiff took a polygraph test at the police headquarters in Bukit Aman on Dec 17 the same year and claimed the defendant declined to take the test.

According to Muhammed Yusoff, the Attorney-General’s Chambers had issued a media statement that there was insufficient evidence to charge Anwar.

The plaintiff alleged that as a result of the incident, he was accused of plotting to bring down and destroy the political career of the defendant apart from causing mental health issues to the plaintiff from criticism from political leaders supporting Anwar as well as members of the public.

As such, the plaintff is claiming compensation for special, general, aggravated and exemplary damages and interest as well as other reliefs deemed fit by the court.

Perhaps US had intended to place their military in Afghanistan 20 years ago at all costs.

So, the most valid reason could be the acts of terrorism that have damaged the buildings (Sept 11) even on the soil of USA. You would justify the reason for achieving that goal.

If ever DSAI should be eliminated years ago during Tun M's administration, the best reason should not be some kind of dishonest transactions/deals people read daily.

Knowing most politicians can go so low and then to stay relevant in their jobs, the best reason must be that will arouse the highest anger/hatred among the communities. The best reason that can finish/damage DSAI should be a reason that is most despicable/not forgivable in the eyes of the community...by God.

The same reason can be used again when necessary to counter DSAI's advancement.

So, today, our estimation that DSAI should be the next PM must not be without the reason that crumbled him in the first place be it believable or unbelievable.

May God bless Malaysia.
