In 2018, the Year of the Earth Hound...
WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE 100% TRADING STOCKS?
BJCORP (3395) ? BJLAND (4219) ?...
Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah
Vincent Tan’s Berjaya Corporation Berhad (KLSE: BJCORP, stock-code 3395) has attracted punters and speculators for the last 2 weeks with great interest. The stock price more than doubled since end of September 2007 when the stock breached the resistance level of RM0.52 confidently and never look back. FinanceTwitter had blogged about the stock earlier as I was curious since the data from Bursa that showed Vincent Tan had acquired shares from Berjaya Corporation. Seasoned-players were not surprised with the soaring share price since Vincent Tan was known to be a master in frying his shares up during former premier Mahathir’s rule.

Fast Forward 10 years to 2018...in the Year of the Earth Hound ...
Now firmly in the driver's seat...Vincent Tan has started acquiring more shares in BJCorp & soon he will also acquire more shares in BJLand...
Will Vincent makes a series of announcements in 2018 to add excitement to BJCorp & BJLand to boost their share price $$$?
To raise funds for GE14 to gain political support for his pet projects?
We guess Uncle Tan subscribes to the maxim of Buy Low & Sells High...:)
Most of the BJCorp shares were transacted at the low price of 32 sens per share on the 14 th & 9th Feb, when Uncle Tan was busy acquiring BJCorp shares...
Soon we don't think you can get them at 32 sens anymore...as something is definitely brewing at BJCorp/ BJLand...since Bursa is still strong and now that...it's Reported that Parliament may be dissolved after Chap Goh Meh...so cannot wait until the next Qtr's results to Goreng?
https://www.malaysiakini.com/news/412180
"Let's say if BJCorp accounted only for Vietnam Property & Ritz-Carlton Residence Property Sales in the coming Qtr's results...the money added to profits should be in the region of :
RM65 + RM708 = RM773 million or more?
* Vietnam Long Beach Phu Quoc Resort Project Sale of RM65 million
* Ritz Carlton Residences, Kuala Lumpur Project Sales of 60% x 1.18 Billion = RM708 million
"Mmmm...after all the negatives news have been discounted by the market...let's recap on the positives that could be reported in the coming quarter's results?
* Profit for Vietnam property sales?
* Profit from Ritz-Carlton property sales? as most development costs has been accounted for earlier in the period it was incurred...
* Compensation from Korean Government for cancellation of Jeju Property Project?
* Early resolution on balance of payment from China Great Mall sales due to option for arbitration instead or court case?
* Write back on earlier impairment costs?
* Foreign exchange savings on loans... due to appreciation of RM?
and the list goes on..."
Even The Chartist Thinks BJCorp Will Move Upwards in 2018 Soon?
Berjaya Corporation Bhd
I have mentioned previously that very likely BJCorp has completed its mega wave (2) correction after 7 long years of down-trend.
I have mentioned about the divergence between price and OBV. Today BJCorp managed to break its upper trend line after gaining 1.5 sens and in the process it has formed five mini waves indicating the direction of a new up trend.
If its sub-wave i has only 5 waves then the magnitude is about there unless it is going for nine waves.
