ahp egm通过两项动议

Ahp(4952,MYREIT)于14august2015举办的EGM(extraordinary general meeting)通过了两项动议，分别是：
- 以RM240mil收购mydin(click here to read old post)
- 发售附加股（right issue），目前股东每5股享有6股right issue认购权。
唯目前right issue price仍未确定，可是ahp打算以right issue筹集RM129mil以完成上述mydin收购，只可说ahp right issue来的不是时候，在大市大跌发售附加股，这也很可能是AHP股价暴跌的原因。
