PM: Pakatan ministers' officers unpaid for months due to stubborn pro-BN civil servants

PETALING JAYA, Sept 7 ― Stubborn civil servants seen as loyal to the former Barisan Nasional administration had refused to pay the salaries of officers of ministers under the new Pakatan Harapan government, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad revealed today.
The prime minister said the new government has found that the damage done previously was so great that there were still many people attempting to avoid implementing the new government's decisions.
“It can be seen in the machinery of this administration that there are people that are quite stubborn, not willing to accept the appointments of the new government. They are still influenced by the old government.
“This is because there are still officers that are loyal to Datuk Seri Najib,” he told reporters after chairing a Pakatan Harapan presidential council meeting, referring to former prime minister and former BN chairman Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
“For example, we find when we appointed officers for each ministry, each minister is entitled to certain officers ― although it was approved by me ― but they were not paid their salary,” he added.

Aiyoo..Tun M you re the head of government now, why are u complaining about your own staff in gov, you have the power, no need to make press conference and complain, its make you look weak. just do it..sack them all.

Mahathir is very weak. PH Gov is even more weak than expected. Small matter also can't solve as a ruling party, acting like opposition.

This is exactly what the PAS govt. sack here, belittle this person curse certain groups ect. when PAS first won Terengganu "action habis" BUT this time when they won, their big mouth leaders are like little rats. if there is any sound its a soft squick.
This time around they don't want to make any mistakes, even with every stroke of the feather lite cane, they will ask the densel "sakit I think this will be the first and last caning on chicks.

Kerajaan yg ada skg mungkin kerajaan terbodoh di dunia.kuasa sudah ada ditangan dan BN dan najib sudah tiada kuasa.apakan ph masih fikir kamu pembangkang.bangunlah dari tidur,kakitangan awam akan ikut apa saja perintah kerajaan baru.jgn sibuk cari macam-macam alasan.tambahan lagi kakitangan awam sangat kecewa sejak ph ambil alih kuasa kerana kgt dibatal dan bonus dimansuh.keseluruhan bukan saja kakitangan awam kecewa tapi semua pihak yg semak8n terbeban bawah kerajaan yg bahlol ini.
