LETS LOOK AT WORST CASE?
1. They bought at RM24 psf, potential RM84psf - what it takes to make it RM84psf?
2. IWC is geting new land from Government exchange of land at RM50psf. Is this likely?
3. What is the value now? RM24psf or RM50psf?
4. What is the breakeven for Ekovest, even it is able to bring up the value from RM24psf to RM50psf, (a quarter of the land size), Ekovest will get their money back (including holding cost).
5. What is the probability of Ekovest able to enhance the value? >50%, If yes, I believe is a good deal.

Please support it with facts and figures where applicable.
OOPS! EPF, AIA and PUBLIC MUTUAL will be representing the minorities of Ekovest will make the decision for us. So, no need to debate.
Whoever think the proposal is not good for minorities, I suggest write a proper letter attention to EPF, AIA and Minority Watchdog or even SC (if you find such proposal) is undermining the minorities of Ekovest.
After this article, I realise there are more to this proposal, such as subsequent listing of IWC, etc, etc (which I am not aware of at time of writing - have not receive circular).
22 March 2018 - Greenland deal (on 2nd payment) delayed twiced (once in Oct and once on 15 March 2018). Looking at the situation, it could be a blessing in disguise, minorities will likely vote against the deal, as Greenland deal will be the deal breaker for many minorities.
EGM OUTCOME
EGM outcome on 29 March 2018 - 69% vote AGAINST, 31% vote FOR. Total number of voter shares is about 640m shares from the minority. EPF and AIA must have voted AGAINST.
Anyone can confirm?

Refer to Offer Document dated: 12th March 2018, page 8. Item 1.2(ii)IWH-IWCity Share Swap: "Following the completion of the Offer, IWH will provide the opportunity to Ekovest to participate in the Proposed Listing. For this purpose, Ekovest is to DISPOSE of its IWCity Shares to IWH in exchange for the issuance of new ordinary shares in IWH."

If the deal is accepted, Ekovest would not be able to realise future earnings as value of purchase will be injected into IWH. What do minorities get????

After the IWH-IWCity share swap, IWH will become subsidiary of Ekovest. You think IWCity is given free to IWH?

If the takeover of IWCity by Ekovest doesn't materialize it is likely the share price of IWCity will crash in line with other property counters. What support the market price of IWCity was the proposed cash offer if RM1.50.

I thought i’m luckier than SOS by buying 3x Ock-wa@0.229. No more fund and could not take advantage of recent continuous slide to 0.190.
