Total land area is 30,000 acres.
Planted area is 26,034 acres.
Mature area is 24,790 acres or 95.2%
2) TMakmur
More than 25 years old = 321 acres
19 to 25 years (old mature) = 6,666 acres
14 - 18 years (prime mature) = 9,241 acres
Average selling price for CPO (2014) = Rm2,458
Average selling price for CPO (2015) = Rm2,156
There is a proposed Train Connection from KL - Kuantan.
Once ready the Plantation lands of TMakmur can be converted to housing like Kota SAS.
3) JTIASA
Plantation landbank 83,480 hectares
