By buying SapuraTech you get one share of Sapura with 4 extra cent

So buy Saparutech instead of Sapura – you dummy!!
I wanted to warn the dumb guy but My Johor Sifu restrained me
“Don’t tell him. No point. He might not understand your good intention & might even give you a good scolding.” my Johor Sifu warned me. So let it be.
10. No POINT Talking To People Even In i3 Investors’ Forum
For this same reason my Johor Sifu – his ID is MG9231 seldom post in i3 Forum.
This is a Big Loss to all new investors who will be losing monies like the 80% who are destined to lose their monies in the share market.
Well I am more thick skinned & I did post & post. And now I found out by real experience. 80% of the people are not interested in long term value investing at all. Hot stock and hot tip of the day is all that matters.
It had been, has been & will be for forever.
Since we cannot change human behavoiur just leave them to their devises.
Now I must learn from my Johor Sifu & relax.

I am saying that monkey thought Gadang has Rm94 millions profit while Bpuri has only Rm3.2 millions profit.
Monkey & all others failed to SEE that the Rm205 Millions from Main Place Mall is ALSO A PROFIT.
PROFIT HIDDEN & CONCEALED IN ASSETS.

I do support Clavin's methodology but Bina Puri is worth to considered when only significant change in middle management and business vision. She had been losing money in KLIA2 due to piling issues and need to rework.

Actually the Figures are like these
Gadang made Rm94 millions & Bpuri made Rm3.2 millions & Rm205 millions
So the correct maths answer is
Gadang made Rm94 millions while BPuri actually Made Rm208.2 millions
And what if Main Place Mall can only be sold for 50% of its value?
So Gadang profit is Rm94 millions & BPuri profits is Rm102.5 M & Rm3.2 mil
= Gadang profit Rm94 millions & BPuri profit Rm105.7 Millions

@calvintaneng, I agree with @andy87, if Binapuri continue show the MainPlace Mall Value in NTA but not Profit, high possible it will not help the Share Price move forward for the time being.

What I learnt:
1) Profit growth and volumn action will help the Stock Price going northeast
2) Book Value, Dividend Yield, PE Ratio had little predictive value; mean most of the time the Price will not going to northeast in near term.

Both Gadang & Bpuri have construction & real estate projects
Gadand has Capital City 21 while Bpuri has Main Place Mall, The Opus & others.
Both Gadang & Bpuri got jobs from Pengerang's RAPID
Bpuri also secured job in Pan Borneo Highway
Also JV with China co for a cool Rm15 Billions project.
Only thing is - Gadang share price already surge to multi year high while Bpuri is still a laggard. So buying BPuri will give you a better upside
