Today Hwang's Chairman has offered to take Hwang Security  private at Rm2.65. At latest traded price of Rm2.21 there is a  19.9% premium.

Earlier KAF has also offered to take KAF Security private at Rm2.70 a share. The latest closing price of KAF is Rm2.69 - almost fully valued now.

Why Insiders are Taking These  Companies Private?

 

According to Warren Buffet's 2016 AGM he told all he likes companies that need little cash outlay that generate good revenue and profit like Insurance companies. 

Security Firms also need little Cash Infusion. As OSK Iskandar Top Boss Mr Law told me it cost the Company little to employ 30 remisiers & dealers in his Branch as they are reponsible to bring in revenue. That's why RHB Cap has bought over OSK Investment Bank. 

Last time I bought BJ Capital at 90 cents. Ha! BJ Capital was taken private by Bj Corp at a nice price of Rm3.00.

I also once  owned HL Capital at 90 cents . HL Capital was later taken private at a princely sum of over Rm10.00 (Wow!)

Dr. Wu has made a killing in HL Capital. And he is buying Pm Holding from Mui Group. Why? Because PM Holding own the now delisted Pm Securities (another security firm)
