REDTONE has reported its latest quarterly results. On the surface it looks like profit has dropped. 

Let's take a deep look & SEE

And these are some findings (Please refer to Redtone latest quarterly report)

1) Although  its profit is down it is still positive.

This result is from January to March 31st 2020 quarter. Now we know that there was a lock down from March 18th to 31st 2020 and preceding that was the Chinese New Year holidays. So the actual worrking days are less. In this lock-down period Airlines are making losses. Hotels are closing down. Many businesses turned into losses.

So REDtone is OK

2) REDTONE NET CASH HAS INCREASED FROM RM43 MILLIONS TO RM82.3 MILLIONS

This shows it has good reliable paymasters like TELEKOM, MCMC, Selangor Pewter & Others

To be able to COLLECT RM39.3 MILLIONS CASH IN THIS SHORT PERIOD SHOWS A WELL MANAGED COMPANY

AS A RESULT ITS CASH HOARD HAS INCREASED BY 91.3%

In recession time like now CASH IS KING!

This is about 10.9 sen.

So at 43 sen closing price the Cash Position is 25.3% per share.

3) CONTRACT ASSETS WAS RM77 MILLIONS

Now there is still a remaining Rm43 millions or another 5.7 sen cash

This will BOOST CASH POSITION TO  16.6 SEN Or 38.6%

VERY EXCELLENT COMPARED TO ALL OTHER NFCP STOCKS

4) REDTONE CAN AFFORD TO INCREASE DIVIDEND PAYOUT GOING FORWARD

Already paying 1 sen dividend

Plus no need to pay for 2.75% yearly for loan stock or ICULS anymore.

So if dividend maintains at 1 sen

At 43 sen the yield is 2.3% (already better than Bank FD of 2%)

If divdend is 2 sen then the yield is 4.6%

If 3 sen then the yield will be 6.9%
