Moreover, the record high earnings has put the group on a net cash position, said Lim. As at May 31, 2020, Top Glove's net cash stood at RM279 million. It has been in a net debt position after it acquired Aspion Sdn Bhd in early 2018.

Neoh Soon Kean maybe a happy owner of this stock in the past. If he is still holding this stock, he would probably have wished he sold it earlier.
The reason for buying into this stock in the past was obvious to me at least. It was generating good profit, good operating cash flow and good FCF. Also paying dividends. Probably good value for its price.
BUT its FUNDAMENTALS HAVE DETERIORATED SEVERELY THE LAST 2 YEARS. Therefore, my remarks that if Dr Neoh is still holding this stock, he would have wished he has sold it earlier.
As for your CASH of 380m +, please do a bit more digging. This company has short term and long term borrowings and its latest interest incurred for 2019 was $10 million.
calvin is promoting this stock for his own interest and never for others interest. Equating its cash in the company as better than Topglove is just the typical deceptive style of conman calvin.
