Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Friends, Investors and Traders of i3 Forum,

I have been observing one Stock lately - TSH RESOURCES. Why TSH Boss Keep Buying and Buying TSH Shares like no tomorrow?

See

Why is he buying and buying?

There must be some Reasons yet ahead which is still "unknown".

Calvin could think of 3 main reasons why Insiders buy from past experiences

Reason Number One

1) INSIDERS SEE DEEP UNDERVALUATION SO THEY BUY AND BUY UNTIL?

UNTIL THEY TAKE IT PRIVATE ONE DAY

This was what happened to Daiman (diamond). Daiman boss kept buying and buying shares from the open market around Rm2.00 until one Day Daiman Boss took it private at Rm3.00

Any proof?

YES!!

See how Daiman Boss buying and buying

Then he Took it private at a Generous Offer of Rm3.00

[DAIMAN] Others on 15-Feb-2019

2. EARNINGS BY BUSINESS OR ASSET DISPOSAL TO UNLOCK CASH VALUE

This happened more than 10 years ago when I saw HTpadu Boss bought and bought

But share price didn't move much until?

UNTIL HTPADU DECLARED 14 SEN DIVIDEND

AND DECLARED ANOTHER 7 SEN DIVIDEND

AND AFTER THAT DECLARED ANOTHER 13.33 SEN DIVIDEND

THEN ONLY HTPADU ROSE TO THE HIGH OF RM1.40

THAT WAS IN YEAR 2008

SEE

Notice that in year 2007 Htpadu only gave out one 7 sen dividend but for year 2008 it gave a combine dividend of 14 + 7 + 13.33

= 34.33 sen

THAT WAS WHY WE FOLLOWED DATUK HILMEY OF HTPADU BUY AND BUY THEN

3) A COMING CAPITAL EXERCISE (BONUS ISSUE, WARRANTS, STOCK SPLITS OR RIGHTS ISSUE)

We also saw Directors of TNLogis suddenly bought their shares and followed buying around Rm1.40

Then later they declared a 12 SEN DIVIDEND 1ST. FOLLOWED BY 5 FOR ONE SHARE SPLIT & RIGHTS ISSUE

At That TNLogis rose to Rm7.00 (Up 500% & split)

See

On October 1 2013 Tnlogis declared a high 12 sen dividend

On 19 Nov was stock split Plus Rights Issue

See detail of Stock Split or bonus issues

SO IS TSH BOSS GOING TO TAKE TSH PRIVATE? GIVE BETTER DIVIDENDS OR FREE BONUS ISSUES??

That we do not know as yet as future is still ahead and it looks exciting indeed.

BUT HIS INCESSANT BUYING AND BUYING IS WORTH A SECOND LOOK

BEST REGARDS
