Mr. Choon Yee Bin ("Mr. Choon") started his career as a goldsmith with Precious Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. in 1984 and a year later, he was promoted to Production Supervisor until 1991. Mr. Choon is the Assistant Managing Director of Poh Kong Jewellery Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. since 1991. In 1994, he set-up the wholesale division that source a wide range of products to all the retial outlets under Poh Kong Group. Mr. Choon had made significant contributions to the techniques used in the production of gold ornaments and the setting of precious and semi-precious stones. Mr. Choon oversees the marketing, wholesale, production and human resources departments of Poh Kong Jewellery Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Choon's sibling Dato' Choon Yee Seiong and Madam Choon Nee Siew are the Directors and shareholders of the Company. Mr. Choon's brother-in-law, Mr. Siow Der Ming and Mr. Chang Kwong Him will be appointed as Directors of the Company on 15 March 2012. Mr. Choon's sibling Madam Choon Yoke Ying, Madam Choon Wan Joo, Encik Mohd Annuar Choon Bin Abdullah, Madam Choon Ching Yih and Madam Choong Bee Chu are shareholders of the Company.
