99 Speed Mart berpotensi sertai senarai saham terbesar Bursa Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: 99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Bhd berpeluang besar untuk dimasukkan ke dalam komponen FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI), iaitu senarai 30 saham terbesar di Bursa Malaysia dari segi permodalan pasaran dalam penilaian setengah tahun yang akan dibuat pada 5 Disember ini.

Penganalisis RHB Investment Bank, Alexander Chia, berkata 99 Speed Mart yang kini menduduki kedudukan ke-27, berpeluang besar untuk dimasukkan ke dalam senarai itu dan hanya memerlukan nilai modal pasaran berjumlah RM2 bilion lagi untuk naik ke kedudukan ke-25.

"Jika tiada perkara di luar jangka berlaku, 99 Speed Mart mungkin layak untuk penyenaraian sekiranya harga sahamnya meningkat kepada RM2.50.

"Gamuda Bhd dan 99 Speed Mart akan menggantikan dua saham komponen tercorot sekarang iaitu Genting Malaysia dan Genting, sekiranya mereka berjaya memasuki senarai," katanya dalam satu nota penyelidikan, hari ini.

Gamuda akan menyertai senarai saham-saham komponen FBM KLCI selepas menduduki kedudukan ke-20, berdasarkan kepada kedudukan permodalan pasaran terkini syarikat itu.

Menurut peraturan-peraturan asas dalam siri indeks FTSE Bursa Malaysia, sesebuah saham akan tersingkir jika kedudukan modal pasarannya dalam kalangan sekuriti yang layak jatuh kepada kedudukan ke-36 atau lebih rendah.


Sementara itu, sesebuah saham akan dimasukkan ke dalam FBM KLCI pada penilaian berkala jika kedudukan nilai pasaran penuhnya meningkat kepada tangga yang ke-25 atau lebih tinggi.

Mengulas lanjut, Chia berkata jika 99 Speed Mart tidak tersenarai dalam kemas kini seterusnya untuk berada di tempat ke-25, saham syarikat itu akan berada dalam senarai simpanan terbaharu yang menampilkan lima saham bukan konstituen indeks teratas yang layak dari segi modal pasaran.

Katanya, empat lagi saham dalam senarai simpanan adalah Malaysia Airports, Ambank, Westports dan Genting Malaysia.

"Manakala, Genting akan berada dalam senarai simpanan jika 99 Speedmart berjaya menembusi senarai saham komponen indeks komposit," katanya.

Penilaian setengah tahun untuk saham-saham komponen FBM KLCI akan diumumkan pada 5 Disember ini, dan penilaian ini dirumuskan mengikut tempat kedudukan permodalan pasaran ketika urus niaga ditutup pada 25 November. Perubahan baharu ini akan berkuat kuasa pada 23 Disember.

Dalam perkembangan sama, Chia berkata ketidaktentuan pasaran dalam masa terdekat rentetan daripada pilihan raya Amerika Syarikat (AS) dan kesan keputusan pilihan raya berkenaan terhadap hala tuju ekonomi AS dan makroekonomi dunia masih lagi berlarutan.

Malahan, katanya risiko-risiko geopolitik membabitkan kejadian yang berlaku di Asia Barat, mungkin akan terus mengganggu gugat sentimen pelabur sehinggalah keadaan menjadi semakin jelas.

"Tema-tema pelaburan utama termasuk mempelbagaikan portfolio pelaburan dengan saham-saham bertahan agar dapat mengharungi keadaan pasaran tidak menentu dalam masa terdekat dan melindungi keuntungan yang diraih sejak awal tahun hingga kini.

"Ambil pendekatan tangkas untuk membina kedudukan pelaburan semasa pasaran lemah, dan menumpu pada saham-saham yang beroperasi di Johor, selain mengumpul saham bermodal kecil dan sederhana yang mengalami penurunan harga mendadak dan terkurang nilai," katanya.

The above Company has failed to submit its Annual Report that includes the
annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors'
reports in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2024 (?AR 2024?) to
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (?Bursa Securities?) for public release within
the stipulated timeframe i.e. 31 October 2024, pursuant to paragraph 9.23(1) of
the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (?LR?). Pursuant to
paragraph 9.28(5) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding
financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant
timeframes stated in paragraph 9.23(1) of the LR ("Relevant Timeframes") (the
last day of the 5 market days is referred to as "Suspension Deadline"), in
addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa
Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer.
The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension
