Armada's net gearing is extremely high.High chance of restructuring or potential PN4 counter in my opinion.Big name can also fail,why pump huge amount of money into it when it can buy something that can give better returns?

As I have said before,I was an ICU trader more than 20 yrs ago,I learnt no matter how much you have made ,you can lose it all or much more if you don't manage your risk in trading.I have been thru hell before and I really hate to see people suffering what I had been thru hence please do ponder on what I have just said,please manage your risk!

One of my friend despite bought only small quantity on dips counters recommended by Uncle Koon lost heavily.Being a philanthropist,you will do more good deeds by not recommending any counters in your writeups cause those savy traders would know how to benefit by riding the wave you attracted those traders' buying but only innocent and gullible traders/investors who do not know how will get badly burnt.Of course if you don't recommend, others would but it's their karma and not yours. The problem with this counter is that it has high borrowings ard 860 million.You will notice that most of KLSE 's counters that have high borrowings drop badly.With the amount of cash it has less than 1 million a/r of 13.5 million,just imagine how much you have to pay interest for about $578 million! It probably has to call right issue and some kind of restructuring ,just my opinion.

Despite being oversold,I would say sellers are still very strong and it does looks very weak.

A genuine fund manager will NOT give you hint to sell first if he is selling neither nor will he tell you to buy if he is really buying.However movement of Hengyuan is really weak for whatever reason.

If fund managers and Kyy are buying today yet the price movement of this counter with such volume shows small rise only after such a deep fall renders one to seriously think could it be some big funds selling and they know something that we all don't know?

You can see today when mother share was 9.37 ,ch low was .23 cts then they rallied.You notice when mother share hits till 8.68 that's .69 cts lower but Ch is only 1 bid lower.So pls don't simply say that IB are the ones who short/sell the shares when the mother share goes down.I am sure you don''t want to be accused that way either hence don't do something that you don' want others to do onto you.I am in for a techinical rebound but the current price is .53 cts against me.I really underestimate the downside for this round though longer perspective the price could hit lower than today.

To the chinese name and whoever had disputes with you,I am a strong believer in Buddhism.In my opinion,you probably had bad karma linkage with those people hence how you handle the situation is important.If you are magnanimous even if you think you are not wrong then perhaps you will have a better karma linkage with them in future and perhaps future lives.Committing suicide is not an option cause you will still need to face it in future lives as you cannot run away from that negative karma.Only thru forgiving,generosity and big/open heart can you solve this negative linkage.Watch your speech as it could exacerbate your negative karma. If you look at hengyuan chart there is a possibility of further downside.Look at the chart of Bitcoin and Hengyuan thru invest.com and compare the two at the top,you will know what I mean.Of course prices will not drop without upward correction nor up without downward correction.Daily RSI after it ralied today is .33 now. As whether it will go sideway first or get more oversold is your assessment.As for me,I think likely will go sideway first.The question is what is the range?Look at the upside and downside possibility then manage your risk.No one knows for sure how it will pan out.Do that so that you don't blame others when the price moves against you.
