Yes the export oriented company will shoot up again and even though emerging market currency will be affected again . It will drag the index down but that is th function of value cap to mitigate this situation , so besides the export oriented index linked counters will still be stable ...

USd piercing towards 4.40, it's like for sure the interest rate will be hiked coming December in US. It will benefit harta.

PE value without relative comparison is just a number. As a reference 15 seems to be ideal, but i advice compare with other PE with same sector. Get the sector average and the PE of most valuable company in that sector and then see where does homeric stand,

most analyst is giving the not so high TP, no one really speaking about the growth factor. The dollar has still leg to run up instead and next quarter average U.S. dollar will be higher compare to previous one . I suspect all this fund house might want to collect more ...

Pertama: Membina 175 ribu unit rumah oleh PR1MA, yang dijual 20 peratus di bawah harga pasaran, dengan peruntukan 1.6 bilion ringgit. Sebanyak 10 ribu unit dijangka siap tahun hadapan;

Kedua: Membina 10 ribu unit Rumah Mesra Rakyat oleh Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad, dengan pemberian subsidi 20 ribu ringgit bagi seunit rumah dengan peruntukan 200 juta ringgit;

Ketiga: Membina 100 ribu unit rumah Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Malaysia atau PPA1M, menjelang tahun 2018, dengan harga di antara 90 hingga 300 ribu ringgit. Bantuan Dana Mudahcara sehingga 25 peratus daripada kos pembangunan disediakan;

Keempat: Membina 22,300 unit pangsapuri dan 9,800 unit rumah teres di bawah Program Perumahan Rakyat oleh KPKT dengan peruntukan 863 juta ringgit;

Kelima: Menyediakan Skim Pembiayaan Deposit Rumah Pertama di bawah KPKT, sebagai sumbangan kepada pembeli rumah pertama untuk rumah mampu milik bagi tujuan bayaran deposit. Untuk ini, 200 juta ringgit diperuntukan;

Keenam: Membina 5 ribu unit rumah PR1MA dan PPA1M di 10 lokasi sekitar stesen dan koridor LRT serta monorel, antaranya di Pandan Jaya, Sentul dan Titiwangsa;

Ketujuh: Memperuntukkan 60 juta ringgit kepada Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli khusus untuk pembinaan rumah masyarakat Orang Asli;

Kelapan: Membina rumah untuk generasi kedua peneroka, iaitu 20 ribu unit rumah oleh FELDA, 2 ribu unit rumah oleh FELCRA dan 2 ribu unit rumah oleh RISDA.

Bagi rumah FELDA, harga maksima kini diturunkan kepada 70 ribu ringgit berbanding 90 ribu ringgit sebelum ini;

Kesembilan: Membina 800 unit rumah mampu milik oleh GLC berhampiran stesen MRT dalam Kawasan Pusat Bandar Kwasa Damansara oleh Kwasa Land milik KWSP, dan 4,600 unit rumah mampu milik oleh Sime Darby Property; dan

Kesepuluh: Memperuntukkan 40 juta ringgit di bawah KPKT, bagi pemulihan projek perumahan swasta terbengkalai.

Selain itu, pengecualian duti setem diberikan ke atas surat cara pembiayaan pinjaman kepada kontraktor penyelamat dan pembeli asal rumah terbengkalai.

There is also a news stating that Rolls Royce is opening a manufacturing plant in Malaysia together with UMW. UMW will be the OEM supplier.

In SE asia only Singapore is closest to establish the Aerospace hub, they do have Rolls Royce engine manufacturing plant. Its not easy when comes to aviation technical and as we know Singapore university have better education and produce better manpower. SIA engineering and ST engineering is considered world class.

In my opinion, the US non farm employment rate is not disappointing, its just does not reach the target on that of August data, or was not as good as previous months. Overall, the unemployment rate at 5.1% is lowest since 2008. US economy in fact, in a better shape. What giving the FED headache is China growth decline, which dragging Emerging market economies and worrying the commodity inventories to pile up due to lack of demand.

China, actually moved ahead of FED by devaluing their currency to gain trade advantage causes more headache. Another point, could be forex speculation in play, perhaps many have hedged the US dollar that will appreciate and start selling it once the actual interest rate hike happened.

Yes, the FED should just move the interest rate and lets see how the market actually react to it, over the time eventually volatility will calm again. The possibility of rate hike could happen on Sept or Oct....OCTOBER is dangerous month, dun mess with it....

Its better to be an investor, buying good FA stocks. Being a trader is good when there is a huge correction like last week, so there is when investor to become trader, when the time comes. Being trader all the time generally cause lose many unless you are super investor.

All the elements are interconnected but its not simply proportional or disproportional. all will make money if its that simple. Many elements macro and micro play a role. Example, even if dollar rises and the demand for oil is high with low inventory could cause the oil price up. Supply and demand principal. Finally, does the global economy is upbeat or not which drive all other sub -elements up.
