Anyway, if you just discover durian and want to jump into the wagon! Don't! It's very very very crowded market nowadays! In fact i foresee glut of durians in coming years! So much that many will just let their durians rot rather than selling at loss!
Nowadays, even China sell durians! Thailand are sending tons of durians straight to China! And also many other countries! Musang King no longer as rare! Now they are selling this black thorn as the king of kings! It's all bs if you ask me!
Decades ago, i used to eat durians for dirt cheap! My collegue and i would go to this one farm run by a local university where new breeds of durians are planted! So we would pay peanuts to the security guard and eat to our heart content! Of course, the security guard is relative to one of our collegue! Beside, nobody will notice few dozens of missing durians since there are hundreds laying rotting on the ground! Basically, we are doing some service of eating up otherwise wasted durians!

I guess i was the one who foretold that durian will become huge business! And indeed it did!
Nowadays, we keep hearing even PLCs want to enter durian industry! All i can say is, becareful what you wish for!
Here's the thing! Durian is just a fruit! Just like any other fruit! Today durian, tomorrow nangka! Which i find it strange nobody want to be the first to sell nangka to chinese China! Actually there are so many fruits that chinese China would die for!
The key is planting them in huge quantity and be the first to hit the market! Malaysia do have plenty of cheap fruit that can make a killing!
If i had at least 10 acres of farm land, i do have one particular fruit that would make me millionare! And nobody is selling them at commercial level yet!

Reality!

I hope current government would be serious to stamp out this billion ringgit industry!
Many of this scammer bosses are walking around with 'Datuk' title and pretend to be very righteous! Don't be fooled by their image! Sad to say, many scammers nowadays are walking around with their fake holyman image!

Of course, there were also from so called police telling me i have yet to settle 20k summons and i have to appear in court next week! And of course i tell them i will go to nearest police station to surrender and be jailed! You know, scam the scammer!
Haix! But it seems scammers will always come out with brilliant tactics nowadays!

I have been receiving countless scam calls! But very fortunately, i installed an app where it can detect the true indentity of callers! And everytime scammer tries to call me, their number immediately registered it as genuine calls or from scam agents! Save me tons of time listening to their brainwashing tactics!
And i tell you, scammers nowadays are truly convincing! I mean, i purposely pick up a call from a scammer telling me Maxis is offering 3 months free fibre connection! Just show my face and IC and wassap them! Yeah, right! So i told them i am so happy with the offer and will go to nearest Maxis centre to register! And course the scammer when into panic mode telling me that the offer only valid through phone calls! Yeah right!

One wonders if our banks are in as well considering how strange banks just wash their hands despite countless victims made police report!
I mean, after nearly a decade of money vanishing from malaysians bank accounts, surely by now, our banks have bulletproof method to ensure their customers are not scam easily!

Reality!

Probably we are seeing the good old days of oil rich nations coming to an end! EVs sales have been robust! More and more are switching to EV! It's more of supply problem than demand! Tesla has years of bookings to fil! BYD can't even build fast enough! EV is just superior compare to ICE cars! Pretty soon, majority hardly stop at gas station anymore! By then fuel is cheaper compare to bottle water! That will be the day even Saudi has to rely on umrah to substain it's revenue!

Avoid canned food or bread or anything that is processed! Those are killers! Make your body work much harder!

As you pass 60, keep your diet as simple as possible! Don't overeat! You are not a young people anymore! Your body can't take alot of food like when you are teenage!
If you are one of those who enjoy drinking every night, eating like emperor with those mountain of seafood and meats, i say don't blame Covid vaccine or doctors when you have tons of medical problem! It's your own doing!

And yeah, do take beef! Once a week! The best way to take beef is to enjoy a nice bowl of beef noodle! Those beef broth is good for your health!
Pork as well! Once a while do enjoy Bak Kut Teh! Unfortunately, it does have side affect! It makes your manhood stand up! Bak Kut Teh is a natural viagra! So be warn!

Another thing is to eat as much fruit and vege when you eat! I enjoy eating cucumber! I would dip them with salad dressing! It makes your bowel feel so much comfortable when you do your big business! Eating fruits and vege raw will help keep your waistline in check! So there's benefit taken them!

As i have said many times, you should not eat more than a small bowl of rice per serving! This is the brilliance of ancient China for making a small bowl of rice as if they already knew thousand of years ago that eating too much rice is bad for health!
Indeed rice is quite poisonous to our body if taken in excess! In fact it would be better to skip rice altogether as your pass 60! Unfortunately we are not used to eating grains like beans, or many other alternative available!

So it seems, one of the many culprit for weak ringgit is our very own exporters! After receiving payments in US dollar, they don't report it back! Instead they squat it overseas hence affected ringgit true value!
This is an act of treason!
Go after them!

One of the many reasons why ringgit is weakening is that our exporters do not bring back their revenue into Malaysia! Instead they squat it overseas in US dollar!
Hence the superficial outflow of ringgit when in reality if exporters convert back to ringgit should see true reflection of ringgit value!
I guess this is Rafizi job to punish this exporters! Forget PM Anwar! He is clueless and busy attention seeking from rakyat!

It takes one to know one! Tan Sri Lim instigated local chinese with Islamphobic rheotics! His secularism perception game indeed used by Umno and Pas to hate Dap! But i believe Tan Sri Lim has taken a new leaf! It's best for Tan Sri Lim to retire for good! We wish Tan Sri Lim the best in his retirement! Let the new generation take over! Malaysians certainly need new leaders who are not keen in using religion or race as their main political weapon! Malaysia today is in dangerous slide!
Our new generation are getting dumber! Judging from latest SPM result where 70% failed! Our fiscal deficit is getting out of control as national debt already pass dangerous level! There are so many fundamental issues remain unresolved! Lawmakers are mostly imcompetent and talentless only rely on rheotoric to win hearts of malaysians!
AS for Hadi, please retire! His politics is beyond toxic! Islam has no enemy and the real enemy is Pas! Pas that rely on perception game with flaw understanding of Islam! Pity majority malays! We are facing majority malays who are becoming pariah due to inward and faulty adoption of Islam!
You know, i believe Mohamed said that muslims must seek knowledge all the way to China! During his period, China was indeed a great nation, hundred of years ahead from others in civilization! Today, we are seeing majority malays who refuse to seek knowledge even within Malaysia! 70% failling rate for SPM is a grave concern! Meaning, majority malays will not be participating in progressing world! Instead becoming pariah been left behind by other Asean countries in near future!

Another perception game from PM Anwar! Seems we will hear more amd mreo of this tactic used by PM Anwar! I hope PM Anwar wakes up from his delusion! Rakyat want to see results not playing politics! Give voters benefit of the doubt to vote based on PM Anwar efforts to resolve many issues!

Tiong entered with two integrity officers! He did not barged on his own! So i am bias towards Tiong in this case! Beside, there's no CCTV to verify wrongdoings by him! And this bring up crucial issue why no CCTV inside this so called restricted area!

CCTV should be in non public rooms! And with sound recording as well! How come authority never install them! Thanks to Tiong, only now we realise the hanky panky inside this non public areas!

Ringgit keep falling because of it's massive debts! And dwindling oil reserve! With only 10 years left, Malaysia will only see ringgit becoming worthless!
That's why i keep gold! Not for quick profit but knowing where Malaysia is heading!

Strange there's now CCTV footage! So i go with Tiong on this i don't really like his style at all! I mean come on, when there's no CCTV to monitor those enforcement officers, anything can happen! And accusation of them been corrupt is nothing new!

PM Anwar is a celebrity PM! Too busy seeking attention from rakyat! He is not that good looking and his talk talk talk is nonsense!

I say, PM Anwar should stop his talk talk talk! It's getting nonsense by the day!

Malaysia has tons of domestic problems that will be it's downfall! And yet PM Anwar is busy playing perception game just to seek sympathy from rakyat ignoring core crucial problems!

PM Anwar is trying to divert from his own imcomptence! He has no idea how to handle ringgit and bursa! So he gone back to his own perception game thinking rakyat will rally behind him! Dude, the current generations are not as dumbass! Beside, the malay youth are becoming what Anwar has always dream of! Becoming very conservative and inward! 70% of SPM leavers no longer interested to pursue further education! 70% who sat for SPM failed! No thanks to dumbass education system that emphasize on islamic education and usage of bahasa for STEM!

Look, majority rakyat are not fond of PM Anwar! In fact he is unpopular to say the least! But everybody accepted the unity government! In fact rakyat are calm and not resort to street protest unlike during Anwar uprising era!
How can the previous generation especially the Gen X who fought for Anwar! They went on street protest almost like on weekly basis! They were very convince Anwar was innocent and Anwar was their idol who can save Malaysia from Mahathir!
Today this hardcore supporters have entered their senior citizen age! And most of them are struggling! And most of them are very dissapointed with Anwar! While the Gen Y and Gen Z has no idea who this Anwar is!

Politics!

Let's also hope that PM Anwar would just stop his talk talk talk and focus on rakyat and nation! All this talking nonsense from him is doing more harm than good!

Hopefully we would see some light at the end of the tunnel soon! As for Malaysia, the state elections will provide some uncertainty!
Again, let's hope sanity prevail and see that Selangor and Penang remain with PH! Never mind Kedah, Kelantan and Terreganu!

Another problem is the constant Fed remarks that should be dealt once every month rather than almost everyday! Such constant distablizing discussion should not be made public until a firm decision is made!

Anyway, since Fed main excuse for further hike is due to inflation pressure, when actually it's because Biden printed 60% dollar more than any presidents! And the fact that oil price has peaked for sometime as sales of EV has indeed reduce oil consumption!
But as we go forward, hopefully with US inflation issue behind us, any hike from Fed would do more harm that good!

US data continue to show resilient economy! Which is quite surprising! Not long ago, even analysts predicted the worst for US! But such scenario is becoming less and less! Don't ask me! I also dumbfounded!
And latest inflation data from US also shown that the inflation pressure has somewhat eased! It seems inflation pressure has been hitting EU and US while Asia, such pressure is none existent already!
In fact Malaysia for example, inflation has eased alot! So it come as surprise that Bank Negara made drastic hike! Probably to stop ringgit from sliding further!

Indeed there's heighten worry with our current situation where ringgit continues to weaken and bursa losing out compare to the rest of Asia!
And there's valid talks that PM Anwar is too busy making talk talk talk and not doing much to resolve our economic worries!
If PM Anwar is too busy, then he should handover this complicated task to Rafizi! Of which i have confidence with!
Rafizi doesn't indulge in politicking! And steadfast with his job! Which is what ministers should be doing!
Anthony Loke and Rafizi are seen working! And the rest should too! But if PM Anwar continues to give non directional rhetorics, it will hamper any effort to stabilize ringgit and improve bursa!
Unity government is judge by this 2 elements! If they fail, unity government will not have 2nd chance!

I am not saying malays should not vote for Pas! But Pas only suited for Kelantan! So go ahead! Vote for Pas but for Kelantan!
