Tiong entered with two integrity officers! He did not barged on his own! So i am bias towards Tiong in this case! Beside, there's no CCTV to verify wrongdoings by him! And this bring up crucial issue why no CCTV inside this so called restricted area!

Whether diplomat or layman, is not the question. In service, all should be treated equally.
