How to spot someone with BAD intention ? Simple, why would anyone post the same messages over and over again ?

Which do you prefer ?

A. No sifus will share their works here for free, and only jokers talking rubbish here and there, or

B. Everyone get a chance to hear what sifus have to say and they can later verify sifu's information independently.

Many ppl are not focusing correctly on Hiaptek's reason for long term prosperity. If ppl continue to focus on the steel prices, they are not seeing the bigger picture and will not be able to hold long for big gain.

IMHO, the followings are the key reasons for buying Hiaptek.

1. China is determined to reduce CO2 emission. EAF which uses scrap steels are now preferred over BF which uses coal as feed stocks. However, BF has lower cost of production with better and more consistence quality. ie. BF has higher competitive advantages over EAF.

2. China is reducing coal power generation ending cheap sources of electricity for EAF.

3. China has planned numerous BF projects in overseas developing nations under its IBIR, especially those with iron ore supplies. This is effectively moving some of its pollutive steel industries outside china while maintaining control over steel productions. This reduces china's reliance on Australia iron ore and coal and eases its domestic demand for coal powered electricity. Alliance steel and Eastern Steel in Malaysia are examples of such projects.

4. China has removed steel export rebates as well as imposing export tax on steel. Such measures are unlikely to be reversed in the future. This will greatly improve the competitiveness of overseas steel makers such as those in Malaysia which have ample supplies of electricity and natural gas.

5. Eastern Steel was revived in 2018, long before the sharp increase in steel prices indicates that it already has the matrix to compete globally under the new chinese operator, Jinlong. Being China owned, Eastern steel has export priority into China or for china controlled overseas projects.

6. Eastern steel has 600ha of iron ore concession in Bukit besi to ensure long term supply of iron ore as well as to profit from iron ore mining.

7. Eastern steel has plan to expand production to 3m MT for better economic of scale in production.

However, risk to my opinion being china reverses its stance on CO2 emission, and continue to expand and facilitate steel production and export.

Huatrex has wrongly accused DK. Those who followed DK has made tons of money from Jaks when he advised to protect profit at 0.80 at the beginning of the year. Even at current price, his followers are still making a lot of money from the free warrants and the rights shares at 0.22. All his group members can testify this. His 1400+ group members are not leaving the group after DK has retired from his private group because they are hoping that he will return to his group someday.

I m speaking the truth of DK. There are not many sifus left in i3. If we don't protect the sifus, there will not be anymore left soon.

Now he is accusing OTB. He is attacking every sifu in i3. He is hoping no sifu will come to share in i3. He does not believe in kind mankind. What a pathetic mindset.

OTB, I m just speaking the truth.

In actually fact, I m defending all sifus who are sharing unselfishly so that we can have more sifus willing to share and be respected for their kind acts in sharing their hard works free of charge for everyone here.

We have already lost a great sifu, DK, due to ruthless attack by some parties. This incident most likely have resulted in many sifus decided not to share their works in i3.

When sifus are under attack, I don't see many giving them any support. This is heart breaking for sifus.

I have noticed that there are not many more sifus willing to share their works anymore.

I saw you disappeared many times from Jaks forum. Those who followed OTB and DK to buy Jaks at RM0.50 in 2018 still making tons of money with free Jaks-WB and free Jaks-WC as well as rights shares at RM0.22.

As the SIR is verifying the identity of 11 customers and suppliers, a negative outcome means SD is falsifying trading accounts. This has very serious implications. The financial statements are no longer true and fair.

There is no need for argument here on the outcomes of the SIR because the share will remain suspended until after the SIR is released to the public. The point for argument is whether the price will go up or tank if the SIR is negative. Anyone believe the price will still go up if the SIR is negative ? If so, Why ?

I m 100% sure that if the SIR is positive, SD will limit up on opening for trading. But what if the SIR is negative ??

3) I think the price is already low enough and have already reflected all the bad news.
4) I have lose so much that I m unwilling to cut loss.
5) The boss is still buying, so it can't be any worst. So, I stay with the boss.

The fact is that the SIR was ready on 21/10, but the price did not move up.

I refer to your email on the question regarding the impact of coal prices on JHDP, my understanding of the coal pass through mechanism is such that the power plant operator is given an agreed target heat rate to generate each Kwh of electricity. The power plant has to operate within the targeted heat rate in order to generate energy profit through energy payment.

Eg : Agreed heat rate = 9500BTU / Kwh

Assuming the average price of the coal purchased by JHDP during a particular billing period is USD100 per ton and each ton of coal is tested to have 20m BTU. Hence, the cost of each BTU is USD100/20m = USD0.000005 for this billing period. Therefore, agreed heat rate of 9500BTU/Kwh means that Vietnam EVN will pay JHDP USD0.0475 per Kwh electricity generated (USD0.000005 x 9500) during this billing period. If JHDP is able to achieve lower heat rate of say 9000btu/kwh, it is able to make USD0.0025 per Kwh electricity generated (500btu x 0.000005).

Therefore, higher coal prices mean higher energy profit due to higher price per BTU. This is provided the power plant is able to achieve the targeted plant efficiency. Ie achieving lower than agreed heat rate in generating electricity.

If you worry this worry that too much, you will miss the rally like gloves stocks. Right now the cards on the table favour steel producers and current valuations are super cheap. You should double your bet when you have a pair of "A", you cannot fear too much and miss the opportunity. There is no guaranteed win in Bursa, you place your bets when the odds of winning is high. Otherwise, place your money in FD.

DK believes that high coal price actually benefits JHDP. Can you believe that ! I do as he has explained that clearly to his group.

Philip, you should know that the conclusion was prior to the last right issue when the NOSH was much smaller. You should read the content to know that the profit forecast by DK was RM190m and EPS should be RM0.093 based on current NOSH of 2.04b shares.

Do you know that profit is different from free cash flow ? You don't use profit but free cash flow in your DCF calculation. DK's peer comparison forecast RM190m profit and RM300m free cash flow. Please do your homework.

Despite the lower revenue, the Group recorded a profit before tax of RM23.9 million
in the current year second quarter as compared to a loss before tax of RM8.4 million
in the preceding year’s corresponding quarter. The turnaround to profitability was
mainly due to the share of 30% profit in JAKS Hai Duong Power Company Limited
(“JHDP”) of RM37.5 million following the commencement of commercial operation
(“COD”).

Jaks is the most misunderstood stock in Bursa. How many actually know that JHDP in actual fact benefits from higher coal prices ???

The Q2 results showed profit sharing from JHDP was RM37.5m which works out to be RM150m per annum. This results is close to projection by DK. At least much better than those who projected less than RM80m or even loss by John choivo. Many naysayers were skeptical about JHDP which is now proven to be a cash cow for Jaks, something DK kept trying to tell everyone.
