Fact findings are important regardless of price level. DK discovered that the loan tenure for JHDP is 10 years instead of the maximum 18 years approved by the Vietnam government. Jaks management was pressed to clarify the tenure of jhdp loan during the AGM. DK's discovery allows more accurate prediction of jaks future cash flows by to the investors.

TTB should not take shareholders for granted, thinking they are happy to hold long term and ignored the huge discount. One of my friend recently approached me to look for buyers for his client who has million of Icap shares held since RM1.20. He said the discount is ridiculous and want to let go. I told him it is unwise to sell now but instead he should vote. So, I taught him how to vote as he has never voted before on any AGM.

Aminvest expects the financial closing to be end of Q1 2023. My expectation is Toyoven needs to get everything done before 24th June 2023 which is likely to be the 6 months extension granted after vietnam received the letter of interest from EXIM bank of malaysia.

SCGM needs to acquire new businesses to stay listed.

I opine that the deal for injection of new businesses is irreversible as the acquirers have acquired a substantial amount of shares from the Lee families at RM0.65 which is above the NTA level. Aborting now will only inflict losses on the acquirer as the SCGM will be delisted without new business injection.
