My opinion is that the 2QR result is commendable considering the shutdown of sales and services in the entire month of April during MCO. It was only on 4 May onward that the business picked up fast during the Conditional MCO. I hope the next quarter will show some improvement going forward. However, there might be some uncertainties in the final quarter as the unemployment figures will be out and the moratorium on the bank loan over by 30 September. The business model I think is suited to a post pandemic new normal i.e. WFH.

The Co was featured in an article in this week's The Edge Malaysia where the CEO said that the Co's share price of RM2.31 was still trading at an undemanding historical P/E ratio of 12x with group net cash of RM81.1 m as at 31/03/2020.
In his concluding remarks he said "Not many new players can come to grab our market share as you need certain scale and efficiency to be profitable in our business".

This company's DRP is attractively priced @ RM1.48, better than the current XD price of RM1.58.

Looks like the Co will call off the DRP exercise if the share price continues to trade below 1.54 as shareholders will of course opt for the cash dividend of 4.5 sen.

Sold the remaining shares @RM20+ in August 2018 hoping to buy back at lower prices; however the price never looked back and went up all the way to RM39+ until the recent political turmoil.

In fact I switched from Carlsberg to Heneiken, but on looking back it was not such a smart move.

I hope to pick up some shares if the price bottoms out closer to RM21.

Share price is holding up well pending announcement of annual report for FY2019 on next Monday, 24/02/2020 . I anticipate a final dividend of 20sen and a special dividend lower than 90sen compared to last FY2018 in line with a lower profit in FY2019.

According to today's The Star the Co intends to expedite the distribution of RM177mil allocated as special dividend to the shareholders pending the Board's decision on the entitlement basis and date of distribution.

There's a lot of uncertainty in the share price and volume transacted until there is more clarity from the Co's announcement on the restricted offer and dividend-in-specie of its REIT units.

I personally prefer to buy IGBB-PA because of the cum dividend of 2.5sen and the automatic redemption and conversion to IGBB by 7 Feb 2019, whereby the converted share will also be entitled to the resticted offer and dividend-in-specie.

Yesterday's price made a spurt to end at 2.01 was a good dry run for the year end window dressing.

I'm waiting for the day HEIM's market cap (7.981 b) will overtake that of Carlsberg (8.683 b). Any time soon?

The share price has not been performing lately as it has retreated to 2.21 from a peak of 2.78 on July 9. This could be attributed to a delay in the pricing approvals for the Mazda CX5 Turbo and CX8. This evidenced from a number of Mazda cars lying idle in the Inokom plant in Kulim Kedah. The management expects the issue to be resolved soon.

@Kris, if I'm a dissenting ICULS holder who opts to hold on to the shares until expiry on 29/10/21, will I be paid a full redemption sum of RM500/1000 shares {besides the annual interest) based on its nominal value of 50sen/share? If the answer is yes, then it's worth holding for the next 2 years.

Wow, WB has moved up 15% while mother share 1.4% only.

Its 4th quarter result is just horrendous, aggravated by among others poor palm oil and palm kernel prices. A reduced final dividend of 6 sen is proposed by Co.

The Co has sold 2.78 m of its treasury shares in the open market at prices from 5.00 - 5.05, leaving 1.36 m treasury shares in custody.

Let us make this clear from the Edge Markets article mentioned above - the co is disputing the claims of SLEC and rigorously defending its position in the winding-up petition which is fixed for hearing on this 13 and 14 August. Just wait for the co's announcement to Bursa on further development of this case.

Amidst the trade war and the current market downtrend, APM is quite optimistic in going ahead with its five-year expansion plan which will yield positive results as a whole moving forward.

Everyone in this forum seems to be bullish on this counter. Let's wait for the moment of truth from the coming Q3 results which is expected to be announced in a week's time. Finger crossed.

Despite lower CPO and PK prices, the company's earnings are still respectable as seen in the Q3 results released today. An interim dividend 20sen and special dividend 10sen have been declared and payable on 12 December.

I think GenM will not simply throw in the towel and allow its share to languish in the present price territory. Give the BOD a chance to mitigate the impact of the tax increases w.e.f. Jan 1, 2019 by reviewing its marketing expenditure and cost structure. Just be patient.

Bursa announced today of an acquisition of shares via open market by an executive director who is also a recipient of a proposed specific allocation of Awards offered by the Co. I hope this will instill some confidence in the market despite weakening of share price.

I have tried to explain to BOD of another company ("Harrisons")about the benefit of half-yearly dividend (although not as detailed given here), i.e. the retired shareholders can rely on a consistent passive income throughout the year - this is especially so if payout dates are close to festivals which are many in our country. Furthermore, if you intend to dispose some of your shareholding you would have at least received the last/latest quarterly dividend.

If you buy at the current price of 2.79 - 2.80/share, you can actually consider foregoing the subscription of DRP shares at 2.80/share (most probably in odd lots) offered to you, and take the dividend instead. Just do a bit of calculation to see which is the better option for you.

Hi Slash, yes you're entitled to the dividend as the share is trading ex-dividend today. I suppose you do not want to hold on to your share and wait until end of April for the announcement of a final dividend before you decide to dispose it.

The Co will be announcing its 3Qtr result very soon in the middle of this month. I am anticipating an improved quarter as substantial shareholders are topping up more shares in their accounts.

Investors are seeing real value in this counter as a strong dividend counter you can rely on.

A timely purchase for an improved 3rd Qt FY 2018 which is expected to be announced in a week's time.

The substantial shareholders have acquired substantial amount of shares on 27/2 by way of allotment of the recent bonus issue, not from open market.

At the current price of 1.09, Atrium is undervalued as it is selling at a discount of 26% below its NAB of 1.48. The managers are seen to be overly cautious and unlike Axis REIT (more on the logistics warehouse segment now) which is very aggressive in acquiring new properties. Until they become more proactive the share price will always be valued below its NAB. I hope shareholders will bring this up with the BOD in the forthcoming AGM.

According to the Co's announcement the final dividend is 50 sen payable on 6 June 2018. The 49 sen stated in the Table is probably a typo error.

A bell-weather stock in Bursa - still holding up very well during turbulent times like this. Since no share premium account don't expect bonus anytime now. If continue to give 25 sen final dividend would be good enough.

For the last 4 trading sessions it was hey-day for the manipulators to depress the share price. Investors who have run out of ammunition to average down, just hold tight to this counter for a timely rebound.
