According to my observation , Tan Eng will at first aggressively promote share X when price starts to trend downward. you will see him non stop spamming all day all night. when price starts to go down further he will ask you to add more. Then he will disappear ( or jump to another stocks as you know he hold 100 counters ) if the price go down even more. After few years when the price starts to come out of the base he will happily claim all the credits and pretend like he is i3 Jesus.
