And because of that, bursa was thriving! I mean really thriving! Millionares are created overnight during few superbulls!
We have not experience superbull for the longest time!
So it's time for local chinese to reconsider their support for Dap! We had a taste of the Lims during brief 22 months! And frankly, Dap is no Mca!
MCA is very pro business! And also founded many chinese institutions! I know i know! You guys will get so angry with yourselves and question how come i still talk about those running dogs!
My motive is simple! Local chinese need to retake that dominant position! It doesn't matter if the dog is black or white! A good dog catches the rat!

Pity hawkers! With super high oil price, they are forced to hike price! Even KFC business is dying nowadays! KFC better start selling bbq chicken instead!

The spill effect of HSR construction will help revive our local industries as well! It's going to add so much to our construction industry!

We are in endemic phase! Covid is no longer a threat! Hence we are now ready to receive visitors from other countries thanks to our very successful mass vaccination!
Unfortunately our public transportation is still below par! What most doing understand is that most foreign tourists rely on good public transportation! That is why Japan is such darling to us, because Japan has superb public transportation!
Public transportation can make or break tourism! And the spillover effect is just too tremendous to say the least! Which is why Singapore which copied Japan public transportation also achieve similar success!
HSR is bloodline for future boom in Malaysia tourism! You are talking about access to Asean members mind boogling population! Imagine HSR connected from Singapore all the way to Thailand! And Thailand eventually going to see rail links all the way to China!
