What to do? Legacy holdings from b4 Najis & jho LOW was X-posed as the prime causers of the RM's plunge to pariah status....My Japanese holdings make me smile BUT it's still the daily scalping mostly here that has sustained my record run to 719 days of trading gains in a row =)

EPF & KWSP selling? As usual, the former is very siasuay....increase from 78 mil to 123 mil over the past year only to lose -40% in short order lol

KLIA corruption is just the tip of the iceberg. The other foreign currencies like US$,HK$,S$ & GBP are already too expensive compared to years past so I'm fortunate to have a stock of all of these. Will be loading up on the ¥ if it drops further to 32 or above to further diversify out of a corruption-ridden currency.

My friend that day while giving me my lunch treat from losing the bet, confessed that he actually re-entered Petron @ 4.97 just days b4 the ex-dividend...after exiting @ under 4.70 a week prior...the inane actions of speculators lol

Keep the faith! Thanks to dragon328 & others who remind us of the sheer numbers backing the operations despite the huge borrowings so we hang on to as many shares as we can afford while diversifying our holdings to other more/equally potential profit earners! YTL has reached a level where even selling 100 shares can earn kopi lui after commissions =) A 6-year wait & strategic averaging-down did not disappoint!

Patience has always been my secret weapon. Not long after I debuted in the Tokyo stock exchange in 2017(6th Anniversary coming up on Jul 4th!), I bought, after researching all I could find about the co. as usual, Toyo Sugar @ ¥1,225 but it didn't rise with the general market but in fact declined when the Nikkei dropped in 2018. After hitting a low in ¥800+ in recent years, the price finally rose & this morning stands @ ¥1,645, up ¥70. Already received over ¥17,000 in net dividends, which is only slightly worse than 3% interest compounded annually. Patience has served me well in long-running paper losses which eventually turned into profits in YTL, Oriental, Comcorp etc etc BUT generally less for cigar-butt & purely speculative stocks like Bahvest.

Buying this share is like buying a roulette casino chip...highly uncertain future income streams from land it doesn't even own, caught in a battle between shady operators with one, the former largest shareholder, trying to sue to recover his stockmarket losses. Not much better than classita, which if rated an 'F' grade in terms of future potential, bahvest would at most rate as a 'D'.

Aiyo got ppl SABOTAGE some more...must be lost a lot of $ speculating against the draculas lol

This rubbish stock has become a plaything of a big FAT conman...waste of time & $!

Internal infighting rarely bodes well for the stock price in the future, based on other companies' experience, especially one like this rubbish that is trading so far above net worth, with dubious past performance & centred on a commodity that is already dropping due to the threat of continued interest rate rises.

Next wk, I turn my attention to Texchem, a similarly severely beaten down stock which I scooped up in the low $1s... BUT unlike Bahvest has solid fundamentals...

L@@ks likely to close higher than theoretical ex-divvy price...vindicates my decision to raise my stake from 21,000 to 29,000 between the last two dividends, guaranteeing only the 5th >1000 dividend check since 2013, SBagan, Alcom, Comcorp & Maybulk being the previous ones.

I have this stock but regret didn't buy more to average down @ 99.5c recently. Today, I ventured into S'pore semiconductor play Venture Corp @ S$15.02 after 2 opportunities to trade by buying @ $16.50 & selling @ S$18+ were missed since 2022.

SOLD a bit too hurriedly @ 24.36 because I bought in on margin @ 22.52 then got shocked when it sailed up to 26....now at least I'm not paying interest on this dumb stock anymore lol
