Not a good result actually. For y-o-y, yes,it is a gain of 9.8% But q-o-q, it's a massive decline of 38.8%. They need to explain why the quarterly results is worse than the 3 months earlier.

I have said it once, and i will say it again here. If given the same amount of capital, i can easily whack his ass in terms of ROI. Never play play with value investing.

Don't think they can claim the full amount. Anyway, it will still be a major loss.

If opportunity arises, grab those penny stocks with fundamental. There are some with good profit records. Stay away from loss making companie ones. Not all penny stocks are bad.

Agree that don't be too greedy. Take profit when you feel comfortable. Stocks needs rest too.

If a company call for a rights issue exercise, usually there's cash flow problem.

If it's for big projects, then it's acceptable. But if it's for bank repayment, then this is fucked. Why should the company repaying the bank loan with shareholders money? They should not have taken the loan in the first place if they cannot service the loan.

This will further dilute the earnings of the shares. I am always not a fan of rights issue.

what is overvalued? A lot of people do not understand. In simple words, it is based on the price you are paying against its earnings. It is best gauged with PE ratio.
