Of course nobody can guarantee. But this is the most positive time as both federal and state is rule by the same party. Ini kali lah.......

if they claim to own only 32% then why is the 68% keeping silence. If sslee can have enough publicity and round up 33% share holder then can put pressure on them. Remember when the silent majority speaks it can change things. I support sslee.

alooloo, the reason you bought back Insas' at 0.655-0.71 is still valid today, the results since then have been consistently good. I bought at 0.65-0.67 myself, all sold at 1.06-1.10. You are a savvy investor waiting for the bottom to re-enter. Do you not think now it is near bottom?

Only time around price of 1.06 to 1.10 is between Jun 13 to july 28. Really sifu. Buy low sell high.

Can minority pull together their shares so that we will be a more strong force. Perhaps someone can start a insas fan club and all minority shareholders join the group. Hopefully our combine shares can make up to 10% or more. SSlee, you could be president of the group. We can vote enbloc to stop any director from doing any irresponsible decisions that does not of benefit to company or minority shareholers.

Contrarian, I remembered you said sometime back that warrant was an insurance for TKK from others taking over controlling share. If he has no more/very little warrants does it mean someone else is accumulating it? does it mean insas can be taken over by a third party if he is not careful?

Air Selangor (PASSB) owes 3.7B to Splash. Just pay 2.6B to Splash and whatever owing no need to pay as company becomes own by Air Selangor. win win deal.

roger is an expert in Jaks. He will buy more because now Jaks is at 1.28.

The refinery plant is an old one. Shell sold because they didn't want to put with the frequent maintenance. Maintenance cost is both actual money spend on spare parts and down time. May even need to scrap old one and buy a new one. This quarter gives you a rough idea of how it can impact profits. Always hear 2 side of the story.

Base on history of profits every year for 10 consecutive years and comparing to steel counters should have a PE 10x. Price should be 1.80. with conversion of warrants should have more cash to expand business and cut down borrowings. Further more awaiting splash deal to conclude and start to replace old pipes.Positive sentiments.
