theres only 163 million shares. free float apart from instituitional holders is 29% which is about 47 million shares. divide it into 1,000 shares per lot is only 47,000 lots. So sellers once change hands will be difficult to buy back at low price. Hold tight woh.....

what does KSL profit? if kenanga does a warrant like this, we all know even if they push up the price it will eventually not be more than 1.30. Unless someone challenge kenanga and push up mother shares and get some money from them. Just don't understand why is KSL allowing itself to be short change by kenanga.

Election coming. 3 scenerios- 1- Azmin use part of 3 billions surplus for water closure or risk all funds in BN's hand.
2- Both parties wait and don't do anything. Then will have to wait for election. waiting period. 6 months?
3- After election BN wins. Then Kps go back to BN era of 3.50/share. If PKR wins selangor- then issue will still be settle by excuse of subsidizing purchase with reasonable water hike as cost has gone up and so that people value the value of water without wasting it.
All 3 points to the fact that KPS is undervalue.Buy more now when price is still low.

@enid88, when you buy the ksl-cg warrant, you will need to convert it to share on expiry.Its 1:1 @ 1.20/share. There are 100 million warrant shares x $1.20 = $120 million

now they are pressing price down for ksl-cg to be cheap. Expired 6 Jun. After this only they will push. $120 million to company upon conversion. So just buy and keep. My 2 cents view.haha

compare with some other property counter- E & 0 - Eps 3 to 12 cents/year but price 1.83
country heights - losing money almost every year but price 1.33, LBS Eps 12 to 15 cents/year but price 2.09, Daiman Eps 6 to 12 cents but price 2.26.
However KSL with consistent EPS 30 to 50 cents/year but price 1.23. Clearly its a mispricing for KSL.

Look at the volume, it's so small. This is a plan to bring price down then push up again. Just buy and keep since it is almost at it's tail end. It will go to 2.00 when they want to push up again. Historically that's how kps works.

sold at 1.19 back what was bought yesterday. Looks like Rodger knows something we don't know. Thanks Rodger but still have some that I will continue to keep for long term as still believe KPS should get better pricing when they sell splash. Probably insiders are taking this time to accumulate slowly.

1st good news FMR become substantial share holder, 2nd good news get licence from UK National Health, 3rd good news better results from previous quarter. 4th good news ? more analyst positive news and more fund buys because it is going to be better and better for Supermax.

There is normally a string of good news to gradually bring up the price. First FMR becomes a substantial holder, than received licence from UK National health and I believe results will be better than previous quarter.

Inari result = good, ho hup result= good, syf result = good. That means insas very good. :-))

If like FL where the director sold at 1.60 then went up to 2.50 then ok as well absorb by fund managers but with insas is hard to say unless there is some funds accumulating slowly. Personally I think with Inari at 4.00, down side is low for insas. Buy call for me.

I think Thong blocking warrant at 0.255 as large quantities keep coming out but single seller. But at the moment still uptrend. :-)

privatised? yes remember what happen to KHSB. surge on news of KDEB taking it private. before that also the same not active and low price but when privatised shoot up. This is GLC not OSK type or PJD type takeover mah.. They didn't do it with KHSB, I think they will not make a bad name for themselves by eating minority shareholders.

malaysia insider says water tariff rate will go up after acquisition. Azmin ask independent valuer and give better price for take over of splash. Kps will have a good offer as deal must be fair. Yes takes time but belief it should go up.
