We all know kps started to move from May 2013 to 2.50 sep 2013. Then it stayed on for most of the time averaging at 1.50. recently it has hover on the average of 1.25. I hope rodger continues to sell it down more because the transactions done each day share is down is getting smaller.You can see the chart. Pick it up all from him at 1.00. If Rodger has so much money and resource, and use it to stop price going up, I think he must be a clown to waste so much time, money and effort and reap such little reward. Bring it down to 1.00 then I salute that Rodger is the water taiko.

I suggest we take cash. because management doesn't see need to push up and maintain price at reasonable level. Frankly more shares just dilute the earnings and put the money in the hands of the management. looks like puncak is crawling up.In current market scenerio, i would take speakup and hng33 price movement hint and divide by 2. So puncak is to move up between 50c to 70c. That i believe is the fair increase.

the edge today says 444.3 million sale deal with tropicana call off. Is this same with land disposal to Greenland?

puncak pricing already factor in dividend 1.00 Because don't know what their future plan and whether it will work out well. most analyst not committed to high price. Still base on solid value on cash of 3.40 after selling, if investing for long term should be ok. I think more upside for KPS due to wild card of privatisation and selangor Govt can do it with a free hand without interference. At 1.30 wait for privatisation of 2.50, long wait also worth it.

wild card will catch many by surprise just like KDEB privatisation. Kps will be privatise as DEIG is coming.

look at KSL better NTA, better EPS, better recurring profits, now better dividen but still cheaper than PJD. Most property counter down, only way to make it is by OLH strategy property,construction and finance group up, then can have higher rating.

If a company's performance is worse than before but price continues to be high, then it will be a matter of time before it adjust to it's fair value. Unless you are keeping this in a freezer, then of course it does not matter until you need the money. Bull time or Bear time, you will have to decide, just remember while you are thinking others too will be deciding.

Commented about it previously. Still good price to sell for those who bought it at 1.00. However you better decide because others are deciding.

OTB must know something we don't otherwise profit from EPS 7 to 2.57 is still rated good. PE now 17 times but historical PE is 10. YSP needs to catch up on earning otherwise it will come down. Down side risk high while upside limited. but so far OTB has done better than me.

Once this thread is quiet with all the negative scepticism gone, there be peace and growth. Then Gadang will progress.

if foreigners are selling now, they are making a loss. They were the ones who push up the price from 2010 onwards from RM1 to a high of RM4. AA is still one of the best manage airlines, brand name, popular with the public, 300 million passengers.

Is a good thing did not sell PJD to buy OSKH otherwise would have lost some $. The dividend and warrant was to entice OSKH share holders to go with his plan. I think however this turns out OLH still the winning side. But if minority do not sell, listing status still will be maintained. If price of OSKP and PJD goes up still will benefit OSKH as a parent company.

They collectively own 34% currently indirectly thru OSKH.

Wah....everyday OLH thru OSKH is buying PJD. How come no one join in the party and buy, push up the price. At this rate PJD is going to belong to OLH. minority fighting a losing battle.
