@StartOfTheBull; Go peruse Appendix J Financial Effects of the Remaining Disposals of Land and especially Item 2. The pro forma statements therein expose the lies and ignorance of Calvin, in particular that Rm221m is yet due from remaining disposals and that all profit had been taken in earlier.

By the way, how does Calvin knows before any official announcement is made if it is true?

Proceeds received as at 31st Mar 2024 is RM457,499,000.
Balance of proceeds to be received upon completion is RM273,588,000.

The latest announced QR report cannot be wrong.

In the latest qtrly results of TSH

Of the Rm731.09 millions sold

Rm457 millions cash has already been received

Remaining sum of Rm221 millions yet to be received is due to squatters on lands which needed time to clear out before delivery is complete

In any case even if the final sale of Rm221 mil is aborted the current land value has gone up from 38 sen psf to Rm25 psf

So we will be happy if the sale goes through but happier still if sale is terminated

Next week swing near to ocean 🪸 bed 54c.

If anyone loves gold related listed public companies, I think Tomei or PohKong are better choices with much better financial performances.

The190 years land grant is for foreign investments in Nusantara only.
The Indonesian government did not mention it is for existing lessee for the land outside of the new capital city.

The leasehold lands tenure in Kalimantan are less than 30 years remaining. Whether new buyers (if any) can get bank loans to finance the purchase is questionable.
