Never ending Esos...a good company for employees...bad for investors....waste of hard earned money investing in this counter..

I think all the readers or investors in this forum should avoid getting carried away by a certain writer and commenter who seems to been constantly giving conflicting ideas of how to invest successfully in the stock market. He has been around for some time now.Until the recent past,he was a paragon of virtue in extolling the importance of a stock's fundamentals as against relying on technical analysis as an investment decision tool. His litany of mantra to investors is to constantly pay attention to NTA,P/B value and profit margins as some of the most important criteria in investment decisions. As a matter of fact in order to give credence to his calls,he will produce charts to compare the price appreciation or depreciation of his favourite stocks with its NTA,P/B value and quarterly earnings. And recently to my utter surprise he seemed to have migrated to technical analysis as the better indicator when making decision to buy or sell.

One odd to blame oneself for the losses incurred as a result of your action or omission in the stock market. When one decides to invest or even speculate in the stock market, one shoulb be fully aware of the inherent risk...either you make a huge, moderate or a liitle profit or face the ever present risk of losing your capital perhaps big time..meaning that..you not only get your fingers burned...most likely your vital organs as well..in monetary terms. So when one decides to enter the market..it's purely through his own volition...no one puts a gun to your head...it's a manifestation of your own greed...everyone knows..that investing or speculating in the market is risky venture...when one gains...he or she goes around blowing his trumpet beating his chest taunting others how smart he was...but quick to point accusatory fingers at others if things go the other way round...please grow up...be man enough and take responsible to your own action...which i believe comes from your greed...

Best counter to accumulate on price pull back...integrated palm oil player...besides producing FFB,CPO + PK,company has its own palm oil refinery that produces RBD Palm oil,RBD palm olein and RBD palm sterin. And to top it up,company has its own fertiliser plant...so able to manage escalation cost of fertiliser plus able to profit from sales to other oil palm cultivators as well...

As long as the CPO price is above RM 4500/metric tonne, all the pure oil palm players bound to make profit however badly they are managed. The ones with good acreage i.e. above 200k will make increasing profit qtr on qtr where else those with maximum mature trees will continue making unbridled superb profit...just buy/accumulate and keep it...no other counters/industry presently listed in bursa has such massive potential of making continuous gains in the near term with the rare exception of some blue chip counters that are 10 - 20x pricier than the mid cap palm oil counters.Very soon one will see the shifting of fund to all these counters...and there will be a steady surge in price albeit a little pull back every now and then...but the palm oil bull has just started to moo.. wait for its full and unshackled charge...even the pariah counter will rise by 10x.

I don't see any constant dividend payout by any of the palm oil counters currently below RM1.00.In that respect Boustead Plantation ( BPlant ) is in a better position to enjoy price appreciation as investors especially foreign institutional investor will root for constant dividend payout as one of the criterion is deciding investment prudence. This will definitely propel the rate of price appreciation of BPlant once it breaches RM1.00 mark. Most likely will happen the next two weeks.

Unlike any other plantation counters that make erratic dividend payout, this counter is exceptional as it declares dividend consistently almost every quarter of its profit. This is most probably one of its substantial shareholder is Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera [ LTAT ] which depends mostly on dividend payout from its investments for it has to declare dividend of its own to his primary stake holder who are predominantly retired members of the armed forces.

With CPO peeking at RM6000/ton,Bplant is looking at massive revenue and profit for the next few quarters.I am sure dividend payout rate will increase in tandem with a possibility of a special dividend in the near future.Naturally, its share price will keep rising.

The only hindrance for share price appreciation is the debt amount and the interest payment there off...once those issues are sorted out...then BA will go back to its glory days...RM 2.00...2.50.Since the company is actively paring down its debt...I think by next year this counter could hit at least RM 1.00 if the price of crude stays around RM60/barrel....nevertheless if the company could secure further contracts which is a very high possibility and the price of crude stays above RM60/barrel...it could reach that target by the 3rd quarter of current year.

Today's CPO price is more than RM 5 400/ton...and to say bull run is over is pure insane.Cost of production per metric ton of CPO is between RM 1 800 and RM 2000.At today's price, gross profit is between RM 3 600 and 3 400/ton.Do your maths. Every investor in his right mind should shift his money to palm oil counters at least for the next 6 months.Forget about the levies, windfall tax and one-off tax. These count to nothing compared to those companies making pittance but their share prices are exorbitantly high.

Debt and bank borrowings are not a big deal...these are part and parcel of financial structure of a company...a stable company that generates constant revenue with commendable book value usually rely on a combination of debt and assets to maximise income and profit.Afterall,Jtiasa has a sizeable land bank and constantly increasing their planted acreage albeit slowly but surely...and if i am not wrong about 60% of their palm trees are at a peak production age...I stand corrected.
