Yup, they are good n honest shareholders. By the way China cannot be disintegrated by foreign forces, because all their citizens respect XiJingping. All minorities ethnic groups are alleviated from extreme poverty, by Chairman Xi, himself. He is a very down to earth n humble man. He personally went to all rural n extremely poor provinces, to see it himself.
Whatever policies are implemented their citizens follow, because they respect n trust their leader.

好久沒有發文了，大家別來無恙？其實最近非常的忙，我的WhatsApp訊息堆成了一座山都沒辦法回覆。今天打算刷一刷存在感。

最近看到很多手套股都被拋售，尤其是四大天王，很多基金猜測有其中幾家可能被跌出指數成分，所以之前都紛紛拋售。究竟手套股是否有看頭，也許我會分析自己的一些看法，完全沒有買賣建議，純粹分析自己最近在不同立場所看到的東西。

這裡有一些朋友都可能知道我最近有了新的發展，除了當基金經理做投資之外，我開始加入一些董事局負責營運業務。從中的確了解為何手套公司的老闆會一直對自己的股票那麼有信心，而其實他們是否乖離現實呢？我和一些老闆通話，馬上看出間中的問題：

基金經理的看法 - 其實基金經理就是很簡單，當時我的KPI就是一年要達到某個投資回報，當然越高越好。去年9月左右我有發文分析基金們不可能長期持有手套股，因為他們的KPI就是回酬率，到了某個高點就得趁市場還沒拋售之前靜悄悄賣出去。當sell side 開始動搖時，基金們一定不會理會之後還有沒有盈利的大前提之下馬上賣出去，可是他們又不能太過明顯，所以只好分批賣出去，所以賣壓就一直持續。而當股價開始大跌時，就會出現人踩人的慘劇，散戶也會加入一起拋售，股價就一直大跌。

先談談基金經理是否真的很了解手套？90%以上的基金經理都對手套一知半解，當時和同行的基金經理朋友談話時，他們都不了解手套的短缺出現在哪裡，甚至連基本的single和double former機器的分別在哪也不曉得。有的甚至還說手套就會像口罩一樣，很容易製造，所以很明顯不了解兩者的分別等。

可是投資需要這些知識嗎？很明顯市場覺得不需要，能賺錢就好。可是如果你真的崇拜巴菲特的話，你應該都知道他對他所有投資的業務都了如指掌，所以每年的回酬率都固定性的高。而分別在哪呢？分別就是當你決定投資你所熟悉的業務時，你會很大膽的做出投資。今天一個非常熟悉比特幣的人肯定會把他大部份的身家全投入比特幣，之後他們變成了超級富豪肯定不是偶然的。而至於那些不了解比特幣的肯定只會用非常少的身家買入比特幣，結果偶然給他開番，最多就是賺那一點錢，所以很多時候他們唯有把他所投資的數額塗黑，只顯示回酬率，因為他們投資數額就連他們自己都沒辦法說服。（而我就是那些不懂比特幣的人，所以我沒有投資，也不會覺得心痛，因為我不想盲目投資，而也沒有慧眼）

回到手套，現在談談手套內行人為何還繼續買入自己的股票？其實他們就是對自己的業務太過熟悉，可是卻忘了資本市場不是你覺得今年業績還會好，股票就會繼續攀升。如果你的ASP漲幅沒有之前來得高，市場就會對你開始失去信心，如果你的業績的漲幅沒有分析師預期的高，你的股價會馬上反映等。他們的信心純粹來自：ASP還是比疫情之前好很多啊，盈利還是很高啊，訂單還是很多啊，而盈利還是比疫情之前高出好多倍，而基本面都沒有變，可是股價已經掉了一半，所以覺得買入肯定是好時機。這就是和一些老闆最近談話中他們展示的那份信心。

其實手套目前是什麼情況呢？很多人說售價開始掉了，我也是很好奇他們是從哪聽來的，還是他們的確有到市場去了解。目前丁腈手套的售價是US$95 (non FDA), US$120 (FDA)。橡膠手套粉末US$55,無粉末US60-65。價錢有跌嗎？反而是丁腈原料價格開始下跌，而丁腈手套還是維持不變。有人說很多商家取消訂單，我想應該是所謂的trader，這些trader都是看到價格好時就大量在市場上詢問，可是很多都沒真正付訂金，而大部份決定取消的原因是根本拿不到貨源。其實需求量還是很高，而且clean room 那裡一直有很多人一直在詢問，因為疫情的緣故，很多廠都不做clean room，因為不想花時間搞真空包裝，所以很多電子廠一直以高價尋找貨源。這些想必資本市場只是關心疫苗來臨之後這些手套公司就完蛋，可是短缺的問題根本不會疫苗的出現馬上就解決，我還真希望那些說貨源不緊張的人可以私訊我如何找到貨源。

至於很多新廠投產後會不會出現供過於求的問題？如果是一般的手套可能吧。很多公司還趁手套短缺時去搞TPE手套，還混淆一些投資者TPE可以取代橡膠手套，真的翻白眼。而如果你真的有去了解手套廠，你會發現目前的boiler出現了嚴重的短缺，所以要建幾條生產線不難，可是間中少了boiler或holder，你要做出一個百分百手套根本不可能，所以市場只會出現混水摸魚的公司，而手套買家也不笨，後來這個短缺只會在分析師不了解之下繼續出現短缺，而市場繼續認為疫苗就是目前手套致命的原因而繼續大跌。

資金都去了哪？其實不難猜吧，大家肯定買入「復甦股」。其實簡單的去思考吧，復甦股需要多少時間才能復甦？而目前股價從低點上了多少？當他們的業績繼續見紅時，市場會繼續安慰自己，下個季度就會好了，而股價則繼續上。至於所謂的手套股繼續發出標青的業績時，市場就會認為「應該好不了多久了」，可是股價其實已經掉了一半了。從這裡去觀看，你覺得哪個會比較安全呢？

Top glove 2020 calender year 2020 made 4.1 billions which was higher than what topglove made from the last 20 years from 2001 till 2019. Topglove will.make another projected 24 billion from 2021 till 2024. The total profits will be 28 billions made during this extra ordinary 5 years. This total earning is 7X of what topglove made in the last 20 years. It is silly and illogical to disregard such huge earnings which can be used for investment in capacity add, acquisitions and pay special dividends. Assuming 50 % payout as dividends, the balance can be used to generate at least 10 % ROE through acquisition and capacity expansion. This balance 14 billions can generate additional of at least 1.4 billions earning per year. This is my simple and easy to understand layman analysis.

The temporary suspension of IDSS and PDT Short Sale is due to expire on Feb 28, 2021. It took effect on March 24, 2020 as part of the regulators’ proactive measures to mitigate potential risks arising from heightened volatility and global uncertainties.
