The issue is these migrant worker complain they have to payback what they borrow from recruiting agent which charge them high fees to come here to work.So they no choice have to work OT everyday.If TG no give OT, you see what happen...they will demo in the factory pulak.

based on experience with Sedex... topglove might get all their orders on hold immediately (depend on the level of hypocrisy of their customer) and take next few months to rectify the working hour issue and invite the auditor to audit their sites... once the auditor is happy... then everything solved...

however... the head of HR should be immediately sack!... what a silly mistake!

my method is not to buy low or average down...but to buy trending up...so even the price fall to 2.80... it will not trigger a buy call if the trend forbid...in fact... i will take supermx out from my watchlist if that happen...reason being stated in my earlier post...

the reason i start posting is to share when/how i sell...and of course to learn from others...

Harta - date of EGM approved to bonus ex = 33% increase
Kossan - date of EGM approved to bonus ex = 22% increase
Topglov - date of EGM approved to bonus ex = 15% increase

so range is 15% to 33%... for superman
if 3.72 is low, then range is 4.30 to 4.94
if 3.80 is low, then range is 4.37 to 5.05
if 3.56 is low, then range is 4.09 to 4.73

no matter how, all pointing to above 4... average is about 4.41 to 4.71...

if looking at the timeline, kossan's is the longest about 3 months... superman is about 1.5months, so closest looks like follow Kossan which can be 20+% range...

Let me chip in my 2 cents: Stock market is a place to make money, not a place to prove theory. The only thing you need to prove, is your ability to withstand the stress. And your ability to learn. Other than that, just do nothing and relax. Talk too much serve no purpose.

@wk11063, if I may offer my 2sen,

I doubt you are a TA follower, so I believe you had previously brought genm due to it's long term value...if so, please do not look at the market everyday since it takes time for genm to release it's value... one of the key value investing is the ability to hold and keeping faith you had made a right decision as Jon Choivo shared in others article...

so dont get influenced by daily up and down... check the price weekly or monthly...

Yeah Jon, sincerely, I do admire your honesty in highlighting those 3 really important points in summary section... which I believe most of the retail investor has little ability to meet them all...

You have to be right. <--- no one know except the bloody management deciding the numbers... not even me can tell you... one thing sure.... everything is alright!... but sadly from the management point of view...

not here to oppose value investing, but to tell you what happen behind the screen...the choice is yours...

check Buffet 'investment'... which 'famous' return from a company which he hasnt sent his own team 'managing' the company 'himself'?

I know this i3 is probably set up by Value investment follower and supported mostly by value investor...
