Abudance, dividend for Qcap declare 2 times a year. Yield about 7% pa.(Dividend this year 8.38sen). Yield pa for Axreit is about 5.4%(last 4 quarters) so Qcap yield is higher.

Not a bad China stock. Last 3 years every year declare dividend except 2012. No selling reported by major shareholders so far and report profit every quarter.

PE is still low despite recent surge ie 4.8. Free warrant ex date coming soon 11 July. Should worth at least RM1.80 base on current Puncak price. Yield around 8%. Kenanga latest and highest TP(RM3.5) there is still 26% upside. No idea why other brokerage not revising upward their TP despite their TP has been breached eg CIMB(RM1.94), RHB(RM2) and AMMB(RM2.42).

Kamaru, Puncak is unlike MISC. Which KL folk does not use Puncak water supply every day? As someone here(taych?) has bought Puncak at RM4.80 any takeover offer below RM5 should be rejected.

Announce another profitable quarter today, just like Daya which announce dividend and financial result on same day. XDL EPS 1.45sen vs Daya 0.41sen but why Daya more expensive. XDL also give more dividend than Daya yet so many people buy Daya. Annualised PE for XDL is only 3.6.

In my hometown today there are a lot people buying NTPM Cutie compact toilet roll. Despite having so many competitors eg Kleenex, Tesco, Econsave, etc still many people prefer to use Cutie although price has increased. No wonder revenue keep increasing year by year. Hope to collect more if drop to 45sen. Cheap daily necessity stock.

Hopefully Petron can have better EPS in coming quarter. Cannot understand why people can buy Shell at such high price but not Petron.

Cumulative EPS 1.74sen. Not many property counters below 30sen can match this EPS eg Kbunai, SMI and Farlim is losing money.
