These borrowers are very irresponsible. I am sure they guarantee payment when they try to get the loan. After getting loan, they find ways not to make payment. Delay marriage, delay buying car, delay buying house. You have a duty to repay the loan.

Net value 0.355, PE - 63.65, Roe -4.87. Lowest price a month ago 0.64. Looking at this, no fundamentals. Only hope for prospect in their new venture.

@rks43. Can I try to explain. 2 ways of converting.
1. 1 PA (0.10) + 0.54 = 0.64. But if you have 100,000 of PA at 0.10,
10,000 + 54,000 = 64,000. If mother share is RM1.00 when your conversion is ready, you will earn 36,000.

2. 10 PA to change 1 mother share. 10 x 0.10 = 1.00. Same price as mother share. But you don't have to cough up more money. Hardly make any money but worry about share price of SGB.

Just some simple explanation.
