Insas' associate, subsidiary and wholly owned companies can be found in Annual report.
Financial assets at fair value only total value (mark to market) is reported in every quarterly report.
In annual report only general information on what Insas invested in are reported as below:
As of 30 June 2023, the Group’s investments in listed equities are primarily in REITS, technology and e-commerce, logistics, consumer products and financial services sectors in both local and overseas stock exchanges

where to dig into which Reits, technology etc companies share that Insas is buying ha...?

Prior to the release of 2023 annual report, it was not known to me that there is a RM200m loan included in the total borrowings of RM500m. I was doing a cash flow projection of Jaks for the next 6 years before the JHDP loans are fully repaid. The future cash flow deficits are projected to be very severe and hence expectation of numerous PP and RI to deal with the cash deficits.
"If the syndicated loan is excluded from the cash flow projection, the severity of negative cash flow is substantially reduced".

Ho hup has restructured and degeared.
Only holds ~25% of a property development project in johor, and 100% of a kk project now which had sold 70%++ todate.
Refocus on construction sector, its forte.
Maybe, reduce headcount like Tesla is on the way due to degearing & restructuring, etc. Quite positive with its future and good valuation now, p/b < 0.25. Value buy.

OTB and his disciples may have noticed the important of risk management is needed to be included

or even they give notice among themselves the support and resistant level
hence
Felix and Ular objective to remind layman traders like me to remember take profit is by far succeed

maybe Felix and Ular can reduce posting but can periodically give a gentle reminder to layman traders at YTLP
