as with today's speed of light communication and "everything instant" age, they forget that news filtering down will have a 6 month digestion period before. a good lesson for newbies.

12,900 is the major resistant level for DJI, this level was crossed yesterday.

Strategy :

Long US stock if DJI can stay above 12,900.

Short US stock if DJI cannot stay above 12,900.

I think US will recover mildly this year. The corporate earnings are above analysts expectation so it should stay above 12900. Bernake's operations Twist of monetary easing and promise more measures if needed tto contain Europe's contagion seems to be working.

Again: 6 month before we see real picture

DJ is still waiting for QE3 from Mr Ben (Fed Reserve). US Elections is in November. Obama is making sure any QE3 will filter thru for his re-elections.
