By Right Every One Should Focus on 11MP Related Stocks This Month
In Some Way KPSCB is participating in 11MP ETP by its supply of plywood for construction projects. Its Double A Bonded Paper should also play a vital role.
But The Real Value of KPSCB Lies in its deeply undervalued assets at Old Book Value
I have visited KPSCB Plywood Factory in Bandar Sri Alam more than half a dozen times. It is a FULLY BUILT UP FACTORY Storing Plywood Right Up To The Roof. This is unknown to all who just read Annual Report
The Factory & more than 1 acre prime land should be 200% to 300% more in price today.
KPSCB also has a 3 Storey Main Road Facing Shophouse in Masai Town Center.
Bought for RM580K & currently tenanted for RM2,700 (Last year rental. It is worth at least RM1 million to RM1.5 millions today in the open market.
I heard from KPSCB Top Boss nephew that all the other assets in KL are of well maintained condition also at old book value.
Only KPSCB Boss knows the real value himself. That's why he keeps buying and buying KPSCB shares while others fret.
A First Hand Information by Site Visit. As taught by Phil Fisher of Common Stocks Uncommon Value

The write down of non-current assets held for sale is probably one off as its related to their factory sale to Latitud tree in Oct 2014. The write off basically removes the depreciation costs for the remaining lifespan of the PPE located in that factory which was sold. The RM 8 mil noncurrent asset held for sale in their balance sheet should be realized as extra-ordinary gain the coming quarter. At the same time, their depreciation cost may be lower moving forward.
No result.
