Good evening to all at Dutaland Forum,

This week Calvin suffered 3 surprises

1) MRCB going into Rights Issue to call for monies
2) DRB got suspended today for an imminent announcement

And now Dutaland reported a quarterly loss in spite of a surge in revenue from 6.4 millions TO 10.7 millions compared to past year quarter. Revenue has increased by 67%

So from here we SEE that Dutaland has plantation giving out FFB just like all other Oil Palm companies.

Now I have calculated that there is profit this quarter if we include the rm28 millions from disposal of Kenny Hill lands. However, being not in time the Cash windfall will be reported in Next quarter report.

This same thing happened in DRB when they reported Rm500 millions CASH disposal from Corwin Asset disposal in Singapore

So if the Rm28 millions cash windfall is reported this quarter there will be a gain of 2.89 SEN PROFIT THIS QUARTER

NEVER MIND

NEXT QUARTER IT SHOULD BE 2.89 + 0.44 = 3.33 SEN

SO NEXT QUARTER DUTALAND SHOULD ALREADY HAVE A PROFIT OF 3.33 SEN TO START WITH.

SO TOMORROW IF CARELESS AND CAREFREE LOAFERS SOLD DOWN DUTALAND - IT PRESENTS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO ADD MORE.

SO HOW CALVIN BOUGHT DRB AT RM1.42. THEN DRB CRASHED TO 93 SEN & CALVIN THE LION HEART WITH NERVE OF STEEL BOUGHT & BOUGHT DRB ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 93 SEN
