Go for Reits for the time being.
It is some what like FD.
Atrium is good.
EPU and DPU on the rise.
ARReits also not bad.
Intermark is a good value buy.

After market crash (DJ should crash within ONE year), then you can convert your Reits into common stock.

BUY GOOD SHARE CHEAP

When can good share selling cheap?

Only during market crash.

You no need to follow any sifu that charge you consultation fees even if his recommendation bring you to holland...........
