The SC and Bursa Malaysia have recently identified a blog ‘Bonescythe Stock Watch’ which was found to have published various articles that contain statements and forecasts that were misleading and deceptive, an offence under Section 178 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA).
Masalahnya saham di malaysia tak boleh guna cara accumulate sebab lepas accumulate saham, harga menjunam dan tidak bangun2.tengok saja kes spnrg apa berlaku kpd mereka yg accumulate habis harta tergadai
A lot of ppl have been losing money lately and some of these sour grapes have gone to complain to SC. Bonescythe Stock Watch is just a scapegoat only Bonescythe Stock Watch is a relatively unknow blog, can it be so influential to affect the market prices meh?
then shall investigate all the telegram as well. Then never end. Important is people can blow sky and moon but you shall make wise decision before purchase. Read the annual report to understand the company fundamental better
But realistically speaking is SC or Bursa empowered to catch and charge the culprit? BNM cant charge anybody other thsn rely on the authority to investigate and charge
and not to mention legally, this is not very straight forward case, can be complex and difficult to prove as it only backfires to Bursa how illiquid the Boatd is. nobody should be able to manipulate the price
The incessant promotion of a counter base on reward, without a fair assessment of risks, is misrepresentation. Misrepresentation is illegal and should be prosecuted as a pump and dump operation. The stock god is another one of them who talks incessantly about reward without any mention of risks. He can write countless articles signing the same song. He might be the next person with a bullseye behind his head.

100% agree...hope the guilty ones take note.
In any asymetric relationship between "expert" and fee paying member....is Final Decision is yours enough when there is no indication of risks but only constant promotions?
but how do you prove it. it is a matter of opinion and perspective. and all transactions are independently done at their own will. everybody exercise their ridk and reward based on their judgement
betul tu, mansaham, kalau long, kebarangkalian merah sgt tinggi. Ku thn lepas, mula untung, hijau tu, tpi makin lama simpan, hijau hilang, lps tu jdi merah plak. klu lihat prestasi thn depan, kebanyakan saham merah tu, klu beli lbih byk kaunter , kebarangkalian kerugian besar tu. Hanya yg main spesifik kaunter sja yg dpt untung atau yg traders masuk keluar byk kali

when one party holds himself as "expert" is it enough to say Final Decision is Yours when there is nothing against the purchase being presented?
Wah.... All the analysts in Ta, Kenanga, Maybank, hiking n all brokesrs firm also wanted. They are the ones who made us lose our pants. Lately brokers recommended Sasbadi Fell like shit till today. So many get caught at 60 Sen.

i dont have an issue for those writing blogs, only ppl who don' know how to think properly jump in blindly, so they only have themselves to blame =====================================
I don't have an issue for those writing blogs...but I do have issues against "experts" and those collecting fees for services when they intentionally neglect to present the other side of the coin.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
