我對REACH作了深入的研究，一方面欠人家錢是一個問題，但是其實還有一個更大的問題。
欠MIE的錢，MIE本身也在虧錢，大家都沒有錢，那怎麼辦？
更大的問題，就是油田有沒有可能增加產量？翻看油田的舊主人，MIE前幾年的年報，最高產量也只有六千桶，然後逐年下降。最後把大股賣給了REACH。

翻到第九頁就可以看到今年EMIR的日產量只有1135桶，離願景還有一段距離。
