早期购买我们房子的顾客可以享受他们房子的增值 》》 这句话我还真的不认同。。。。当初2018年买下的屋子RM530K， 今天我要放价格只有RM450K........加利息全部都亏损RM160K.....原因是多年后的今天，MATRIX物价还是维持，或者低过之前的屋子。
完全不值得投资这项目。。。。。。。屋子没有增值的空间， 而且还贬值。
问题在发展商没有好好规划整个屋子价格和策略， 有价无市的出现。
而且可以说哪里的屋子大约有50%都是空屋。。。没有策划商场， 工作楼， 一个城市的地点该有的发展。
