Value is already revealed by Market Prices paid by Scientex for Tasek Gelugor SEBERANG PRAI NORTH LAND

Scientex people are no nonsense successful business people

If they paid Rm718,804 per acre there....all surrounding lands in Tasek Gelugor got similar value

Who knows?

One day Scientex might also buy lands from Bplant as "Success begets Success"

Spritzer buying Trong, Taiping lands for Rm62,000 per acre also show Value for Bplant Trong, Taiping lands as well

Book value of Bplant lands less than Rm23K an acre is undervalue

Just received another 7.3 sen dividend making it 83 + 7.3

= 90.3 sen

Bought 57 sen so

A WHOPPING 58.4% PROFIT!!

Bplant touched Rm1.04 !!

Plus 24 sen dividend bplant is Rm1.28

At 57 sen bplant is up 71 sen or 124% yield

Bplant never let me down. Bought 30sen average, sold 78sen average (sell too early, not manage to sell above rm1).. buy again recently average 68 sen, still 100% intact and added additional 20% at 83sen average.. today rm1.18... I m happy with bplant.

Cost only 33 sen

Ltat took Bplant private Rm1.55

So from 33 sen to Rm1.55
Bplant is up 369% or 123% per year for 3 years
