That's why China is laughing at western countries! Why, because Ccp already establish relations with talibans!
Look, talibans will go soft eventually! Once they get taste of consumerism, they slowly forget about playing war among themselves! Once talibans get addicted to playstation, nextflix and so forth, like africans, they start to borrow more and more from China!
Then one fine day, they realise they no longer able to hold guns or sword but can't get enough of China debt diplomacy!
