Russian armored units always depend on quantity due to inferior technology.
To field large numbers of armored units requires a large area otherwise amassing tanks shoulder to shoulder makes a Turkey shoot for superior technology.

US sending 1,700 troops from Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Poland and 300 to Germany.

Several airborne and special operations units of the United States Army are stationed at Fort Bragg, notably the 82nd Airborne Division, the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), and the Delta Force. The latter is controlled by the Joint Special Operations Command, based at Pope Field within Fort Bragg.

1,000 from the 2nd Calvary Regiment will go to Romania.

These moves should be completing soon as advanced 100 logistics staff had landed last saturday to coordinate further landings.

I can't trust those China companies wanting to list in Malaysia. HK & China stock exchange should be better choice than your country. Listing in your country obviously obvious due to lower listing requirement.
