We should learn from nature. Nature lets the things which cannot survive or struggling to survive to perish. So, with that lesson, humans must learn that they cannot continue to provide "intravenous feeding" to misfits in business at the expense of tax payers. Doing so it blocks some other opportunity, somewhere to someone.
