Looking at China, President Xi ruled China for the last 10 years to fight corruption, China is becoming so strong financially and economically.
I hope DSAI who can follow President Xi's footstep to rule Malaysia for 10 years to fight corruption, hope Malaysia will be strong financially and economically after 10 years.
Hope Malaysia can be another tiger in Asia.
Good luck Malaysia and hope DSAI will be the best PM of Malaysia in history.

I mean, MOU is MOU, its not investment. Just say MOU has the same effect.
