Yesterday in USA July 2023 soyoil future ended up at Us67 a lb. This will give support for palm oil again today

Looks like many soybean growing states in the US have been cutting back planting

That means that year end harvest will be less and thus prices expected to be firm for soyoil and by proxy palm oil prices will sustain

When it comes to Palm Oil counters, one must have patience and adequate liquidity. Because it often means waiting, and likely also having to see our counter going down first. Occasionally we might get lucky - these counters suddenly going up soon after we bought. But generally it comes with the "wait" characteristic.

Price-wise these counters have gone down over the past couple of years. I've been adding though, including TSH. These counters tend to give fairly regular dividends and that's a consolation while we wait for the next bull run in palm oil counters. If you have been in the stock market long enough, you will know it's just a matter of time. Which is why I'm not bothered at all by detractors and cynics. Buy, Add when prices come down, and then just wait.

Tsh first buy call was Rm1.09

At already received More than 13.5 sen dividend plus another 2.5 sen dividend coming this month makes it 16 sen

so Rm1.09 less 16 sen means cost pared down to 93 sen

However, Calvin also tells all to buy Bplant, Jtiasa, Thplant, Hs Plant, Taann and Sop and Fgv which also give excellent dividends as well

and now Cpo has gone up near Rm4000 while fertilizer cost has come down

that means cost of cpo production has dropped below Rm2000

and that means Palm oil co gross profit is 100%

which industry can give such high ROE? or ROIC?

All your buy calls are in the comment history unless you deleted.
As soon as it started to drop from RM 1.80s or or somewhere there you have stated buy calls.
Subsequent calls were made as it was falling.
I thought you were a devout Christian who would not lie.

Buy call for Tsh was Rm1.09
Buy call for Bplant was 57 sen

Bplant also crossed Rm1.10 and dropped back to 60 sen low.
Now bplant again surged back up to 99 sen. Go see true or not?
As for Tsh its day will come too

July 2023 soyoil future now crossed Us 68 sen a lb from year 2020 when it was only Us 26 sen a lb

Already up by 161%

How people can afford such high priced soyoil and neglect the bargain level palm oil?

Suppose if everyone drives Merc Benz, Bmw or Volvo and neglect Proton and Perodua?

Or people go eat shark fin, abalone and caviar ? And avoid normal cheaper fare?

So in a recessionary world it is a matter of time before more people switch from the highly overpriced soyoil to the more economical palm oil
